Once again, Penguin sent an experienced mechanic (Francisco) who immediately made a temporary repair to ensure that it was pleasantly cool in the house again.Today Francisco was here again to repair the device with the appropriate spare parts.I was treated in a friendly manner with every contact and Penguin always informed me when the technician would be here.
