    Perkins Climate Control was amazing. Mr Perkins came out and gave me an estimate. He took his time and he explained everything that was to be done. I let him know that I had a couple more to get and he was more than patient. He did not pressure me at all he just let me know that he was available day or night for any questions my husband and myself may have. Needless we chose this company to do the job. Steve and Christian came out 2 days later and before the day was over our new system was installed. I would highly recommend Perkins!!Very polite, professional, and very competitive rates.     My HVAC unit would not start this morning after a storm. Mr. Mike and Mr. Quentin were available same day. They rapidly diagnosed the problem and recommended several options to fix it. They were very respectful of my home, extremely professional and courteous. Excellent service.

    I called the store looking for an ac replacement for my mother. I live out of state and was looking for good honest company to help out. I asked for sales and Mr. Donald Perkins came on the line. I told him what was going on, and he said that he would run out to my mothers place to take a look at it. He assured me I would get a transparent and honest quote. Mind you this was a Friday afternoon. Not only did I receive that quote, but it was that afternoon. I gave the ok, and they just completed the install. So professional, courteous, kind and compassionate. If you are looking for an honest and professional company, I highly recommend Perkins Climate Control!!!! Mr. Perkins and his company are OUTSTANDING!!!!

    We’ve been dealing with PCC for several years now and always have had good experiences- if we have trouble, they’re here ASAP- even weekends (isn’t it always the weekend when things go wrong!). They always call when it’s appointment time and work with us if after we’ve made an appointment and our plans change. The workers who arrive have been personable and efficient. We’re pleased with our relationship with PCC.

    Many thanks to the professionals at Perkins Climate Control. Cameron and Justin were calm, focused, informative, honest and professional. We used them to offer a fresh set of eyes to a newly installed HVAC system that has had a few tiny hiccups associated with insulation. They answered all my questions about parts and warranty without hesitation. While I believe in the professional ability of our electrician and his team, professionally articulating details is an important part of the client contractor relationship—-> insert Perkins.     My AC unit was out for 17 days in August and Perkins reps of Mike and Craig saved the day. Mike identified several faults of the previous house AC contractor such as the return duct to nowhere, no float switch installed, drain out of conduit and not glued, and receptacle not attached to a stud. Also, return air duct 50% under sized (thanks Oscar!) I highly recommend Perkins.
