All of these services were covered under the furnace service call fee. Come August, he installed a new furnace which was priced very closely to his initial estimate. I called the company and they scheduled a visit for the following Saturday. Despite the temperature reaching 93 degrees that day, and after completing a job elsewhere, technician Zachary arrived at my place at 8 pm. He diligently troubleshooted the issue until discovering a problem with the fan control board around 11 pm. Throughout the following Monday, I stayed in touch with Jacob and Clinton regarding the status of the replacement part. By late afternoon, after my fourth conversation with them, the part was located and a technician was assigned to come over once he finished a job he was currently working on. By the end of the day, the control board was replaced and the furnace was working again, at no additional cost. Things break down, often sooner than we anticipate. But the warranty that comes with the Daikin, coupled with the dedication this company shows to its customers, makes these unexpected issues less daunting. Despite their busy schedule, they have proven time and again that my concerns are their priority and they strive to resolve issues promptly. They have been truly exceptional.
