Tim came out to look at our heater, we had previously tried to fix it ourselves. He was able to come out same day and diagnose our issue. We ended up needing a part and he was back early in the AM and had our heat running in no time. He even took a look at our ancient water heater and came back a few days later and has it running like new. We couldn’t be more thankful that we called Peace Heating and Air. Tim is kind and always wears shoe covers in the house which i am thankful for with 2 small children. Shauna is so friendly and ready to help, she kept us in the loop about the cost the entire way. Great kind people here.

We just got done using Peace and Heating for a repair on our AC system, and I was impressed with their professionalism and efficiency. Shawna is AMAZING she responded to my service request promptly always on call whenever i have a questions.The technician Tim was knowledgeable about my system and was able to diagnose and fix the problem .They also provided a clear explanation of the repair and the associated costs. We highly recommend them.If you need AC repair dont think twice call them!!!

I dont remember the techs name that serviced my a/c in McKinney 75071 last year but he was not only very knowledgable and professional but more importantly, honest. He did his own research and determined the unti was still under warranty and even had the manufacturer ship out the part I needed at no cost. Highly recommend as this is a service we will all need at some point in our lives.

I have had an amazing experience with this company. I am mostly impressed by the excellent quality of work, integrity and customer service of the team. I have had fantastic customer service from both Tim Perez and Hunter Wilemon. They are friendly, personable and professional and I feel they both deserve a raise or promotion. Even in 100 degree weather they worked diligently to fix our AC problems with no complaints. This is all around one of the best experiences I have had dealing with a company. Look no further for your Heating and AC needs! The customer service alone makes this company my top choice!

I would like to say that from the first conversation I had with peace ac/ heating it was great. Shawna was amazing explaining the process and turning us over to a company for financing and she called and checked on us as if we were family. Robert and Daniel installed our units so good we froze at church that Sunday. And I’m really amazed at how the co-owner Gary actually came out to our church twice to adjust something with our units so they can run more efficiently.on a scale of 1 to 10 I’m giving peace a 100.

Our technician name was khadir. He was not only helpful he was pleasant, on time pleasant and taught us what we need to know about servicing our unit. Our AC was down on a hot day and he managed to come this next day and fix our unit. I would recommend this company to family and friends definitely. I’m impressed with the service. To ensured they were fixing the correct issue on my ac unit, they had a second service rep come out to check. This is an issue I had serviced previously with another company, so I appreciated they made sure they properly fixed it this time. They were on time, personable and professional. My ac has never worked better. 10/10 would recommend and hire again.

They replaced my Moms heatpump system. The technicians were very nice, professional and super clean. They also discovered an existing drain issue behind a wall and they repaired it in order to prevent any future condensate leaks. I Highly recommend PEACE Heating and Air.

I cannot thank the team enough for their service.Everyone we worked with was phenomenal. We called Shawna and she had someone out as soon as possible and gave us same day service. Kody, the maintenance technician was INCREDIBLE! They went above and beyond and were proactive in making sure the specialty parts we needed were found ASAP. Kody drove over 2-hour round trip to find a motor we needed so we wouldn’t have to order the part.
