Honest After Hours Repair by Ricky - Saved Thanksgiving HolidayWe bought our Historic East End home in Summer and knew the upstairs Split Air Conditioning system had trouble keeping up. We hoped to nurse it along unit Spring, but days before our family Thanksgiving dinner the upstairs was not bearable. One Calls website said 24 hour service, and they had good reviews. Why not try.Ricky returned our call within minutes and showed up within the hour right as we also arrived. He was quick to diagnose the problem and offer a fair estimate for such quick after hours service. Our worn out condenser fan was replaced in less than an hour. The Air Conditioning is now constantly cool upstairs.Honest, Timely, Qualified, and Reasonably Priced. Thank you!

Very good service. They basically did diagnostic over the phone. The technician came at night in the rain and he brought the part with him. One hour later, we got heat! He closed everything back and did carbon test. We really appreciated. Definitely recommend.

Our AC went out on a Sunday. Called Ricky and he responded within 30 mins. He came out that day by 11am and quickly diagnosed the issue as the coil. After discussing the fact that the outside unit was only 3 years old he contacted the manufacturer and was able to get us a replacement coil on warranty. He then came back on Monday, removed the old coil took to the supplier for replacement and returned to install all on Monday . Great and friendly service. Thanks Ricky!

My Ac was fixed within 2 hours of the call! I then met Ricky morales and soon to find out that he graduated school with an environmental A license. Within an hour my a/c was cooling and working great. Job well done guys. These are the guys to call for your a/c and heating problems. They find the problem and get it fixed.

My thermostat started to go out, and Mr. Morales was recommended. I was given his number and was able to contact him without any issue. He came over immediately and was able to replace the thermostat. Somehow since he replaced the thermostat, it’s been cooling my house better. He was courteous, friendly and reasonable. Now when it is cold in the house, I ask what did he do to make a difference? Thank you, Mr. Morales!!!

Not only superb service but extensive knowledge of AC systems. Both of my Daiken/Goodman condensers died after recent Centerpoint power events. One Call diagnosed the failures and quoted repairs. I chose to replace the condensers instead with better equipment. One Call obtained the equipment and their crew did the replacement in a day. All debris, rubbish, and old equipment were hauled away, and so far I’m pleased with the new system. The price was reasonable and I appreciated Mr. Morales’s attention to detail. The crew were fast, efficient, well equipped, and extremely conscientious. I recommend One Call for HVAC needs.
