First I would like to compliment Ms. Ashley. She was exceptional in her interaction with me as a customer. She doesnt shy away from great customer service. My condenser capacitor went out Friday October 12th when the weekend temperature was expected to hit the middle 90s. I explained the situation to her and she said a Technician would come out the following day as it was already late into Friday night when I called. I mentioned I had a 14 month old at home who was very sick with Sapovirus.... my poor little man was suffering. She said not to worry she would send a Technician out right away. The Technician was Derek. They pulled no fast one on me... not even a whif of a scam which Im always worried about with these HVAC companies. He replaced my capacitor under warranty as theyre the company that installed the entire unit back in 2017. Really a great experience through to the end. Thank you Derek and Ashley.

Moore’s A/C searched across the area over the course of a day and was able to find the necessary pieces to replace the motor that day. They then came back the same day and fixed the issue. When he came back in, he asked where I wanted the thermostat set and then left. He did not drag it out, he didnt make me feel uncomfortable, he did not let grass grow under his feet ! Jake did a great job servicing our unit today! He cleaned and inspected it inside and out thoroughly. Then showed me a rusty wire connection he replaced to the capacitor. It was still intact but wouldn’t have been much longer. They were very professional, answered all questions and did not make any mess. We are super pleased with the whole installation process. The price was reasonable. They do have 0% financing options which we did not need. The weather turned cold so the unit was put to the test that night and we are very pleased with the heating. The unit is quiet and overall I give Moores an A+.

10/06/22 Derrick arrived on time for our maintenance. He noticed that we were a little off schedule and adjusted services to be consistent with season. He is so easy going and pleasant to work with. We have two excitable dogs, one medium sized and not accustomed to visitors. Derrick was entirely unflappable. I felt bad for the dogs barking at him and will take measures so that he doesnt have to deal with that next time, but he just took it in stride. I really appreciate the easy going, effective, reasonably priced service from Moores. Ya just feel valued and important to them, and that is so very nice.******** They always send an alert text message to let me know when they will arrive. Derrick, technician, is always friendly, professional, and effective. Excellent service for reasonable cost. We added our kids to our account!Update - Our kids AC was acting weird, then shut off... CRISIS!Moores had a qualified and effective technician out the next day and repaired the problem. I am again struck by their responsive and equitable service. They give you an expected arrival time, send you a text when they are on their way, diagnose and fix the problem for a very reasonable fee, and then send you an invoice you can pay online. One of my favorite service companies!

We have been with Mr. Moores company for a very long time. In our early years of marriage, money was tight especially with unplanned repairs. We consulted with a company before we found Mr. Moore and that company told us that we had to replace our units. Mr. Moore came out and we did not have to repair the units at that time but we would need to at some point. Mr. Moore is an honest man and he helped us nurse those units for years! He repaired only what needed to be repaired at that time. His staff and service men are competent, professional and friendly, and knowledgeable. Id also like to give a shout out to Ashley! Each time she answers the phone she is polite and actively listens to you. If you ask Ashley a question, she usually has an answer and if she doesnt, she will get back with you as promised! In addition, when parts/units/compressors, etc. are replaced, Mr. Moores company registers your parts/warranty so you are not out of unnecessary dollars if the parts break down during the warranty period. We have the annual service agreement and wouldnt live without it. If something malfunctions out of the norm with our units, we call Mr. Moore and they come out to keep us cool in the summer and warm in the winter! We are so thankful to have someone that we can trust who has integrity and truly looks out for the best interest of his customers! I have said it before and I will say it again, this is the company that keeps on giving and never disappoints! Excellent service, excellent people, and competent professional help. Moores A/C & Heating Inc. is by forth the best business in town. The technician went above and beyond his job to get our home a/C repaired correctly. He was unable to correctly fix the whole problem because it also had an electrical problem. Jason, our technician did not not leave us high and dry to try and find an electrician. He found us an electrician that would come to us on Saturday morning. We were preparing to go to a motel when Jason our technician called us to say that the electrician would be coming that Friday. I must say Moores really care about the people they service!!! They are respectful and their customer service is Excellent!!! They are definitely our #1 go to for all our HVAC system.
