    Our pup had chewed on some wires to our AC unit outside. I called Moonlight and they were very nice and informative. The quote they gave me over the phone was more than what I had to actually pay which was very nice! Tommy and Chris came out to do the work and they were super fast and friendly. We even had a little grass snake in the yard they attempted to get rid of. They gave us good advise on how to put up a small fence around the unit to keep her from getting to it and also used heavy strength wire covers to keep her from being able to easily chew through it. We appreciate their work and customer service! Definitely calling for any other services we may need from them!

    I can say enough good things about Moonlight Mechanical. From the first day when I called they picked up the phone and took the time to talk to me while on vacation! I received great communication throughout my entire project, Christy and Tommy even took the time to help me find other subcontractors for other trades during my project. Chris provided high quality workmanship and timeliness throughout the project.     I highly recommend Moonlight Mechanical. Tommy came out the very day that I called to give me an estimate on a new unit. He thoroughly walked through the steps needed to install a new unit and to bring my wiring, pipes, etc... up to code. His price quote was considerably less than a quote that I got from another company. The work was completed quickly and efficiently. I would use Moonlight Mechanical again with no hesitation and have already recommended them to a friend who is in need an inspection and a possible new unit.

    I called 3 different companies on New Years Day after waking up with no heat. We have a small baby in the house and it was in the low 20’s outside! These companies all claimed to offer 24/7 emergency services and no one showed up. When I called Moonlight, they answered right away, were very friendly and came out right away. I believe it was the owner who came and had our problem diagnosed and fixed within about 5 minutes. Excellent, professional service! I’d highly recommend!

    I was given a 2 hr arrival time frame and Tommy called and arrived exactly as promised. He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to get my information and description of the problem and walked me through every step of his diagnosis. The fault was identified within minutes and repaired just as quickly. He then verified the operability of my unit and confirmed the proper measurements prior to departure assuring me that if another issue arises within 30 days, hell waive the service call fee. Couldnt be happier that I found them online as I was fighting with this furnace since Monday. He discovered that last technician (from another company who obviously didnt get repeat business)replaced the capacitor with the wrong amperage (we are both amazed it still worked). He also identified potential future issues I should watch for in the future. Will go nowhere else for my HVAC needs from now on and will highly recommend to all acquaintances.

    Moonlight Mechanical was highly recommended by an employee at Southwestern hospital. When Mr Taylor arrived at my home to give me an estimate, I knew that I did not need another estimate. Mr. Taylor was very friendly & professional, it seemed as if I already knew him. Mrs. Taylor sent one of her employees out to install a window unit until the date of my installation of my heat pump. Mrs. Taylor and the gentlemen that installed the heat pump were very professional, explained everything even the thermostat.     Highly recommend! Tommy worked with me, exceeding my expectations. His team were very helpful and friendly to work with and wasnt afraid of my dogs at all. I did a full heating and air replacement of a 27 yr old system. I had little wants, needs, and have-to-haves and they did every one without a blink of an eye. Price and speed were great. I felt bad they had to carry this unit up some small stair cases, thru a wall and installed it, after they had removed my old system. Their 2 man crew was top notch.     I 100% would recommend Moonlight Mechanical! Our air conditioning system went out in the hottest part of July. Moonlight Mechanical was prompt in coming out for the initial diagnostic, immediately gave us a quote that we had looked over by a business owner friend in another state who confirmed the quote was a great price with quality products and covered everything we would need. They installed a whole new system and we could not be happier with every aspect of the service and product that we received.

    This company just earned a customer for life! Of course, we had a thermostat problem on a Saturday, on a blazing hot day, and with a houseful of kids and grandkids; other companies who stated they had 24-hour service couldnt come until Monday or Tuesday, but Moonlight Mechanical had a technician out in an hour-and-a-half. Only took the technician five minutes to diagnose the problem, annd another 30-35 minutes to install a new thermostat and get our system working correctly. Very professional, yet friendly and courteous service; cant reccomend them highly or strongly enough.

    Moonlight Mechanical is extremely professional and are very fast at scheduling. I have been waiting on another company (They who shall not be named) to return my call after giving me an estimate over 3 weeks ago. I called moonlight upon recommendation from an associate and they came out same day to give a quote, schedule the appointment less than a week after our first call and had the job done in less than 2 1/2 hours. They left the area very clean and explained to me in detail everything they did and walked me through the finished product. They even gave us koozies after they were done!     After getting what I thought were ridiculous quotes for replacing my outdoor central ac unit, I was planning on keeping my window units for another year, getting my HVAC license, and doing it myself. My mom kept telling me Moonlight did an awesome job for her and I should call them, we have been remodeling her house for a few years now and have had horrible luck with getting decent workers, so if she liked them they must be good.     This is a five star company for sure!Having a Spring/fall service commitment with Moonlight Mechanical, I called to reflect on my concerns about our unit stalling for periods during this heat wave, and an employee arrived later that same morning on 8/19 to check. He addressed what might have been the problem by replacing a worn capacitor, but noises after restarting the unit indicated that it was finally time to replace it.Moonlight Mechanical then scheduled a new unit to be installed for us on 8/28, and we all hoped our unit would do better with the new capacitor until then. No luck with that, however. After a few days I called again to see if the installation might be done earlier because the unit continued to stop. MM said they would try to make that happen. I got a call on Friday morning, 8/23, to see if we would be available for installation on Saturday morning, 8/24, which they did!This is a company with caring, concerned people putting their customers first. People communicate easily and readily at MM. We have been with MM for a while now. Never disappointed. Always satisfied.

    I called for my A/C failing. Same day service. Chris was friendly, courteous and very efficient. It went from 83 to 75 overnight where I have my thermostat set. This was a very good experience. Same day. Chris said its too hot and A/C is so important and they do their best to get to everyone. He persisted in solving the problems. He wet down the hot compressor with the water from his ice chest because the hose was already put away. He brought multiple length hoses. Prepared, very knowledgeable. Further he explained what he was doing . Showed me photos of my clogged coils before cleaning out the debris and after. Unclogged the drain in the attic and showed me before and after. Each step of the way he let me know he would fix it. Chris is an excellent technician and a very nice person. I highly recommend them. Christy was very kind on the phone. She called to let me know Chris was at my door. I would give them more than 5. Reasonable cost for the service call and I think reasonable labor considering what he did to make it work. He didnt try to sell me on a new unit. My A/C is working.

    It’s very hot! I had a 4 ton compressor go out two weeks ago, and a 2 ton needing replacement 4 days ago.     My A/C was out when I got home from work and called after 8:00pm expecting to get a machine, but instead got Kristy. She was very helpful. Tommy came out first thing the next morning, was very friendly. The had the parts to replace my relay switch and the fan motor. Was there less than an hour.     My AC went out the weekend before Memorial Day and I called to see if they could schedule a time to come out and look at it for me. Tommy was at my house within 15 minutes of talking to them and he found the issue ON MEMORIAL DAY!!! My entire outside unit and inside coils had to be replaced and he offered to run back and get a window unit until he could get me scheduled to install new parts and unit. They scheduled my install for Monday and Chris was a beast and did an amazing job! I will never call anyone else for any of my heating/air conditioning needs! Thank you so much to Christy and Tommy!     We have a super old A/C unit and noticed it wasn’t blowing cold air and was smoking. They were able to send someone within an hour to look at it. They had it fixed and running well within an hour of getting to our house.     Highly recommend!! Mr. Tommy (the owner) was extremely responsive, professional and knowledgeable. We were waiting to have regular maintenance done, but I started hearing the unit make a noise like it was struggling prior to the appointment date. I called Mr. Tommy to let him know what was going on. He gave me guidance over the phone that I believe may have saved us having to replace the entire unit! He made sure we had heat for the night (from what he suggested us doing), and came out the very next morning to service the unit. The system needed a new motor. Without Mr. Tommy’s advice from the night before and his prompt attention, we could have been without heat all together and had a much more costly repair. He came out even with the roads being compromised from snow, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Their prices are also the most reasonable in the area for routine maintenance and servicing (I did a lot of research). I would highly recommend Moonlight Mechanical for any of your heating and air needs. Excellent customer service!

    I just had a complete HVAC system for my home and a Mini Split in my garage installed by Moonlight Mechanical Heating & Air. This is a big investment for one’s home and it is imperative to have the right people to do the job and get the best products that can last you a long time. Tommy Taylor gave us an excellent quote for the systems and we said yes right away. They were here two days later to start the installation. They removed and haul off all of the old equipment, air ducts, everything. The service and professionalism to include the experience and valuable knowledge of the technician was phenomenal.     8.29.23 My very recent experience during these hot days (last Thursday) when my downstairs Air Conditioner went out:It got hot in the house quickly. I called Moonlight Mechanical and they sent a professional HVAC expert out to check out what was causing my A/C to stop working. After checking it out, it turned out the air compressor had quit/stop working. We discussed what work needed to be done to correct the problem and get the A/C running again. Together we decided to replace the downstairs unit. I was offered a finance option to obtain the needed equipment. The company made sure that I had temporary A/C’ing while waiting for the new unit.When my upstairs unit followed suit and quit, I called Moonlight Mechanical, who sent the professional back out the same day I called. They were able to repair the upstairs unit that same day.All of the Moonlight Mechanical personnel I had contact with were:professional, knowledgeable, capable and personable.At each stage I was treated with respect and like I was family, which I am not family. But they made me feel like I was. I will remember that feeling for a long time.I recommend Moonlight Mechanical highly.     Tommy was at our house within 15 minutes of my call. The compressor on our unit had gone out and the temperature in the house was steadily rising. Although Tommy wasn’t able to find a replacement part due to factory back orders, he was able to replace our unit very quickly and cool the house back down. Throughout the ordeal, Tommy was extremely friendly, helpful, and professional. He made numerous phone calls trying to locate a compressor.     Recently had had some error codes from my mini split in the my shop. So , I called Tommy with Moonlight Mechanical and he came right out and diagnosed the problem. The fan motor had gone out on this 10 year unit. Tommy gave me honest opinion that I might have a hard time finding the part for unit. Told me that the part could cost as much as a new unit. And that once the part was ordered and if it was the wrong one I would be stuck with it. So, I got him to give me a quote for a new Mitsubishi 2 ton unit. He said that he would install it on Friday at 8:00 and his staff was here right on time. Removed the old unit and had the new old install in 3 hours. Went over the operating instructions and the shop is now back to normal to a warm 68 degrees. Thank you Tommy and your staff, they were very friendly and courteous. Highly recommend to all of my relatives and friends.

Well, Moonlight Mechanical knocked it out of the park.     Our thermostat was not responding even after troubleshooting it. My better half had a Name & number of “Moonlight Mechanical”, knowing the weather was going to turn colder, I gave him a call, twenty minutes later he was at our front door.
