    This company is highly recommended! We called monument heat and air for a quick inspection of our unit during the week we had some warm days in February. The cool air option doesn’t seem to want to kick in. David (owner/technician) was very helpful and thorough and found a leak in the unit. He worked with my warranty service to replace the coil, replace filters, and refill the Freon and fix the unit the same day. You don’t find a lot of honest service people that has integrity around much, but David was very knowledgeable and honest with his service and I highly recommend him and his company. I posted photos of the coil that was rusted that was causing the leak to my unit.

    Dave was knowledgeable and professional. He arrived exactly on the time he said and took the time to do the right thing when replacing our coil.     Monument Heat and Air was assigned to our Home Warranty claim.David called me immediately upon receiving the notification. He came to our home that same day.As soon as he received the required parts he contacted me to schedule a day for the complete installation.He and another technician were here all day installing the HVAC system.They were both professional, friendly and very knowledgeable.Before they left they made sure everything was cleaned up. They even took the cardboard box the AC unit was in.I highly recommend this family owned company. We will definitely use them for any future needs.

    Called Monument Heat and Air for a second opinion to our heat pump not working. They responded quickly and were here in the timeframe they indicated. After troubleshooting David determined the root cause of the problem – something the previous company could not determine – and provided a very cost effective solution. He answered all our questions and explained everything clearly. Very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Monument Heat and Air will be our go to in the future for sure!     David came out to our home for a routine maintenance. He was great, not only did he fix our drainage problem but he took me around all of the hvac equipment to show me tips and tricks to help prevent problems in the future. It was obvious that he was very knowledgeable and the work was top notch. We also talked about some upgrades and improvement areas that I can plan for in the future.     I had the BEST experience with David! He came out same day when all other companies kept putting me on hold. David with Monumental Heating and Air came out same day; he was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient as for he got our system up and running in less than an hour! From the initial text to confirm the appointment to the time he left, he was completely professional!     Monument Heat and Air top tier customer service. Our water heater broke and we needed to replace it. David came out the same day, assessed the situation gave us options of different water heaters that were able to fit our budget. He was very knowledgeable and professional but fun to talk to. They were able to remove our old water tank and install a new one with in a faster time than expected. They made sure to clean up the work area (looks better than when they arrived).
