    I called Sweetwater Plumbing at the recommendation of a friend. I needed a water heater brought up to code, an outside leak fixed, and a new whole house filter installed. They came out on a Saturday and gave me an estimate for all I wanted done. The estimated was free. We agreed on a scheduled appointment and they arrived on time and did a fabulous job. Everything was professional and they cleaned up as well. They will now be the only plumbing service I use.I highly recommend them. Thanks Demi!!

    We called Sweetwater Plumbing as our hot water heater had ruptured in our attic. I found them on Angies List along with several others. After getting several estimates, we decided to go with Sweetwater as they seemed more professional and kept in touch with text, email, and phone calls. Kevin, our plumber, kept us notified and worked quickly to properly assess and recommend a replacement water heater, arrive on time, and complete the really hot hard task of wrestling the old water heater out of the attic without damaging our home interior and replacing it with a new one. Very nicely done. All the follow-up calls were greatly appreciated to ensure that we were satisfied. We will be calling them first next time we need any plumbing needs. Thank you!

    I contacted Sweetwater Plumbing Company because my water heater stopped working. I sent Demi a message and in a timely manner he responded back to let me know he would come out and take a look. Demi was extremely professional When he arrived at my home. He took his time to make sure there weren’t any other problems with my water heater. He also let me know that the water heater I had was out of date and he helped me find the best water heater without spending a ton of money.     Justin from Sweetwater plumbing arrived to my home on time and installed a new dishwasher that couldn’t be installed by Home Depot delivery and installation. Someone is always available to take an appointment and when your appointment is made you get text and email confirmation of your appointment and the plumber coming out. Deangelo helped install an accessible clean out drain and then cleared out the drain. He was quick, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable and is saving me money down the road.     Demi did a wonderful job with my plumbing project! My under mount kitchen sink fell off the granite (likely due to a poor job by the builders), and my garbage disposal was cracked. He gave me an estimate one afternoon, and then completed the project the next morning.My sink is now properly secured and sealed, and I have a nice new disposal that works great! I also appreciate the warranty he provides on his work. He was timely, efficient, and professional. I will certainly use Sweetwater Plumbing for any future plumbing needs, and I recommend that you do as well!

    I had a flange that needed to be replaced. I had another plumber come and quote me 1000 dollars, but sweet water plumbing quoted me way less and came on a Sunday to do the job. They finished the job in less than a hour. Checked my make sure the toilet wasnt leaking anymore water. The owner came himself and he checked his work and told me I would have a year warranty with it. This is the only plumber Ill ever call. Glad we still have honest people in the business.

    I gave them 5 stars because Justin Mark went above and beyond to help me. First of all he was very honest and explained that he could not help fix my water softener problem - no charge. Then he took the time to call the water softener company and called me back to tell me that they would be contacting me.     I highly recommend Sweetwater Plumbing Company. From the beginning, Demi was very responsive, flexible with time , courteous, and ultimately did great work. He even showed up on a Sunday afternoon, gave us a free estimate and then completed the work SAME DAY! He came ready and willing and helped us understand some of the issues we were having.     Great company. Had numerous companies out to bid on a large historic home renovation. Decided to go with Sweetwater because of the Demis genuine interest in our job and his willingness to make sure our reno went smoothly and was done in a proper way for our 104 year old home. Demi and his crew were very professional and reasonably priced. The crew did great work and did not hesitate to come back out to adjust drain lines for final framing and drywall. I would hire them again for any of my plumbing needs big or small.

    Sweetwater Plumbing came to clear a clogged drain for us and the pricing was much better than plumbers we have used in the past.     Wow! Just let me tell you how great they are! My water heater was blistering up and leaking at the threaded joints. I was kind of worry that it was going to explode. I immediately call Sweetwater Plumbing for some expert advise. Demi came out confirmed my concerns and suggested that I replaced the water heater ASAP due to Safety issues. The water heater was almost 20 years old!!! He also gave me a variety of options to choose from and shared with me the pros and cons of each. But he never pressure me to pick anything, only advise and let me make the decision for my family and my house! I greatly appreciate that. I also had my whole entire house water piping repiped due to the old ones being galvanized pipe, which is prone to leaks and make your the water yellow as piss when you disturbed it!The guys came out and work very efficiently and with very minimum mess. I am Asian so we dont wear shoes in the house, all of the guys respected that when they come in. Always have their boots covered! They cut very minimal and small holes in the wall during the repipe, thank goodness!They finished everything in 3 days and keep me posted daily!So if you have plumbing needs, hit up Sweetwater Plumbing.Sorry for the long review but if you have read my review this far I know you are going to call them! :)

    After the winter storm in February 2021 and being without power for 5 days, we found our plumbing in really bad shape.     Called them this morning for hot water heater repair, two hours later I called again since I had not had a call back. Now its 5:45 and I still have not had a call back. The answering service did a great job both times I called. So searching for another company that understand customer service.I wanted to update this review, since the owner actually called me and apologized for the slow response and explained that the answering service did not pass on my message. They came out immediately, gave me a fair estimate and replaced my water heater the same day. Good job guys.

    Demi came yesterday and gave us an estimate for the list of plumbing work we had. He came today, right in time, and methodically worked through the list: replaced the kitchen sink faucet and filtered water dispenser (noticed that our reasonably-new garbage disposal wasnt attached properly to the sink - the ring that should have been tight up against the sink flopped up and down - and fixed it), relaxed the handle on toilet, fixed a dripping shower, replaced another shower head, fixed a frozen bathtub faucet and a leaking bathroom sink faucet (the hot water one oozed water from the bottom when on). All that in one day.Demi was professional, courteous, and a pleasure to deal with. His prices were fair and the quality of the work excellent. I will definitely call him again.

    Sweetwater Plumbing Company really came through for me in a bind. I had a ton of sitting water under my house and I thought that a drain pipe was leaking. They made time for me the same day and assessed the problem within 10 minutes. It wasn’t actually anything to do with the plumbing, but they gave me some ideas of how to fix it, and even tightened something on my sink to prevent a small leak for free!

I explained to him over the phone that my kitchen sink was filling up when the washing machine was draining, dishwasher draining, nd even just running water.     OMG! I have found a plumber who is smart, quick and ready to do plumbing at a fair and reasonable price!Demi installed a new sink, faucet and drinking water spigot. Demi picked up all the materials, returned early in the morning and was done quickly with no mess. I have been waiting to find a good plumber for a long time, and he is the one!I had a leak from the sink in the off bathroom. One plumber said I would have to cut a hole in the wall. Demi came over and replaced the black tubing, drained the water heater in the attic and PRESTO! Now the drain is fixed with no damage to the wall. Thank you Demi!

    So I thought I could replace my own toilet, and I was right. What I couldnt do was keep it from leaking. The sweetwater team came out and fixed everything, and explained what was wrong. So while Im better educated at what I did wrong I think Ill just let the pros do what they do. Its not that expensive to get it done right the first time in less time.

    Demi came out on a Sunday morning (bonus points) and discovered that I had a blockage in my sewer pipe. I had been told a few years ago that there was a pinch in the sewer pipe and avoided getting it fixed because the plumber was able to snake it out and it was not completely clogged. Demi said the sewer pipe was now broken and would need to be replaced. His quote was less then half of what I was quoted 2 years ago (major bonus points). He was very professional and prompt and had a crew start excavating the very next day. The job was finished in three days. The only snag in the job was that the excavation crew did not put back my landscaping rocks in the correct place and I no longer had grass in parts of my yard. I called Demi and told him the aforementioned and the next morning he had the excavation crew come out again and fix the landscaping rocks. Demi also purchased sod to fill in some of the dirt spots.     I asked for a tech to be sent out to quote a repair. They determined I could probably get by with snaking the line first, but made it clear (and I appreciated that) more might be needed based on the information I gave them about what the possible obstruction was. They quoted the job first, then performed it. Unfortunately, the line snake didnt do the job. The second option was the water jetting method. Since the tech had come expecting to only give a quote per my request, he didnt have the jet tool on this truck but he quickly called his boss, who had it for another job upcoming, and the boss ran the tool over to his tech within 15 minutes. At that point, both boss and tech knocked the job out fast and I got a flowing sink again! Both guys were courteous, ON TIME, and although the tech seemed young, he demonstrated that he was anything other than inexperienced by immediately answering questions quickly and confidently about the workings of the system. I definitely recommend them.
