    This company was great to work with. Our heat went out last Friday and I called Saturday morning to schedule an appointment. They came out today found the issue and was able to fix it same day. The technician that came out was amazing. He was friendly and explained everything to us so we could understand it. I’m so happy with everything and glad to have heat with this cold weather coming in.

    Heater picked the worst time to quit.Called Meyer and was told they could come between 2 and 6, which was great. Minutes later, Meyer called saying they had a cancellation and could come now. The guys were prompt, courteous, and professional. They had us up and running in no time much to the joy of my wife and daughter.I highly recommend Meyer Heating and AC.

    Wonderful experience! AC went out in mid 90s heat and 50% RH,Meyer responded quickly and Joey, their head tech went above and beyond bringing a portable window unit (which unfortunately did not fit our window) . But the mere surprise offer of the unit over the weekend until we could get the AC back up was so above and beyond. They came Monday, always on time) and worked tirelessly in the hot attic. By Monday evening, I had a whole new system with cool air streaming throughout the house even. better than before (or ever has been). They sent me a pic of the new system they built. It was an incredible job! I would definitely choose Meyer Heating & Air on my next AC issue! May God bless Joey & the entire team at Meyer!

    Quick service! Called at 4pm on Monday, and they came out at 8am on Tuesday. Karl was an excellent technician! He walked me through everything that needed to be done and explained it very well. I appreciated that he gave me options as to how to handle it (what NEEDED to be done, and extra things we could add on to prevent future issues if we wanted to). As we love supporting local businesses, we will definitely use them again in the future!

    Meyer was fantastic! Our ac went out the week before Memorial Day. They set us up with a window unit so we would have some relief and got our new unit installed on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. I bugged them a lot because I didn’t want to fall through the cracks and they were friendly and understanding every time I called.

    The entire Meyers Heating and Air Team were very professional throughout the job. From dealing with Tasha in the office, Tony, who evaluated my entire system and of course the installers who worked for 12 hours on the hottest heat factor day (117 degree Farenheit) in Texas history, I was super satisfied. Meyers HVAC identified several ducts that were incorrectly installed by my contractor when the home was built. This was causing certain rooms to run hot in summer and cold in winter. Now, the entire home is cold and ready for Summer! The system they installed is one of the top of the line manufactures and their warranty (parts and labor) could not be beat.

    The reversing valve on my 6 year old heat pump split at the connection. Another repair company recommended that I purchase an entire unit. Courtland came out with Meyer Heating & A/C and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts under warranty. While I still had to pay labor and the consumable non-warranty parts, it was way less than purchasing an entire unit.

    Our AC heat pump failed on a Saturday. Meter was the only company out of 4 I called that would come on a Sunday ( a bit extra cost but so what) .     I have used Meyer Heating & Air Conditioning for a rental duplex for many years. They have always been very professional and have been honest with what work needs to be completed. One of the AC units finally went out and I had Meyer do the installation on the new unit. They did give me repair options as well. I did my due diligence and checked some other places just to get a price comparison but found Meyer was on the lower ends of the quotes I received. They completed the install in a timely manner and did great work. I highly recommend them for both service, repair and installation.

    20 years ago we met BUBBA MEYER of Meyer Heating & Air Conditioning (MHAC), at which time he installed central air during an extensive renovation to our Canyon Lake home. We sold that home in 2012 after purchasing a ranch in northeast New Braunfels…with a home that had been built in 1999. Following several months of major renovation, MHAC serviced the present HVAC unit and added a Mitsubishi Mini-Split to heat/cool an added bonus room. Regular maintenance that MHAC has performed the past 12 years has certainly extended the life of our aging HVAC system. But, our 25 year old unit finally expired last weekend. We called MHAC late Saturday evening and on Sunday morning, their valued HVAC Tech, CORTLAND came to the rescue! Cortland was beyond helpful explaining our options. He was very professional and super courteous! He was truly a DELIGHT throughout the whole installation process of the NEW system. Early Monday morning, ALLEN, DILLON, and TANNER arrived with the new unit and proceeded to install it! They were all wonderful to work with as well. Cortland stopped by Monday afternoon to approve the installation and answer any questions we had. We could NOT be happier! It’s no wonder why we have had such loyalty to MHAC; why the company is so successful, and why it remains the FAVORITE in and around New Braunfels! Kudos to EVERYONE at MHAC! ~ Carole & John Kerker

    About a year ago our Compressor stopped working and Meyer was able to service our unit in a timely fashion. It was a simple fix and we were charged fairly. Affordable enough that I signed up for the sensible one year Maintenance plan. Recently the compressors fan outside stopped spinning with an ice storm and I was concerned. Meyer contacted us since we were due for our last service call. The technician, Michael, that came out was a pro being thorough, and used several diagnostic tools. He explained to me how the Compressor is programmed to stop spinning the fan during low temps, when the unit is doing heating, and then resume. Our unit is still running well, and I signed up for another year of great service with Meyer Heating & Air Conditioning!

    Excellent service! Our technician was out yesterday for our seasonal maintenance and noticed we had mold on the condenser door of our unit. He quickly advised of the problem and provided the best solution for alleviating any future issues. Thankfully he was able to install an air treatment system in the same day.     After we experienced a failure of our home A/C - it just stopped running, and there was a burning smell in the house - we called Meyer. It was 6 pm.     Robert, Pete & Eddie did a great job Showed exactly as scheduled and completed on time in a professional manner. Will use Meyer in the future for annual maintenance. Highly recommend. The Mitsubishi split unit works great and easily solved our problem of a warm summer bedroom at the far end of the house. Because the unit also has heat pump capabilities it will solve our heat problem in the winter. The unit is super quiet in the bedroom and the outside unit is extremely quiet as well. The unit is controlled by included remote which has a reset feature to “reboot” the remote if the unit does not respond to remote commands. Had to reset mine which took 5 seconds to reset—just a matter of pushing a reset button. This unit is totally independent of our main unit, so if it goes out we will still have a comfortable place to sleep. Many great features on the remote and we are highly pleased.

    We needed a new coil in our attic unit for the A/C, which happened to go out during the hottest days of summer. Michael, from Meyer Heat and Air came out the same day we called and diagnosed the problem. He came out the next day and installed the coil in the attic which was about 120 degrees, without a hitch. Now my house is cool once again and my wife and I are very happy, sure sleep better when the house is cool. We really appreciate Michaels prompt attention and expertise with this issue.     Thursday night our A/C stopped working so we called for service. We had a technician checking our system within 1 he. It was an old system that had been in our home sense new. 15 yrs + we had been expecting it to give out soon well it did. The technician Danny. Showed me with his sniffer tool where the leaks were. We decided it was time. 8 am the following morning the crew showed up to replace it. By 2:00 that afternoon the old one had been removed new one was installed and working. Though equipment is much more expensive than I anticipated it was a fair market value. They use only quality HV/AC equipment. I will be a customer of Meyers for a long time.

    AWESOME SERVICE! During the deep freeze of 2018 I noted that my outside fan unit was not running (although the house was staying marginally warm in 20 degrees). It was the day of the ice-in and I called Meyer who installed my unit and maintains it given past service. I received and answering service which was initially a disappointment (fearing that Bubba had gone uptown with office operations). Within half an hour, Kim called me....she was working from home and assured me that although trucks were not running that day she would have someone out first thing the next morning. She called as soon as she got in, the tech was here, fixed the unit, and on his way by 11 a.m. And, the price was more than reasonable....Thank you Bubba Meyer, Kim and team.
