I had a problem with our 10 year old A/C system and ended up calling Mega A/C Cooling & Heating. We have used them before and have always been happy with their quick response time and reasonable pricing. The owner answered my phone and immediately gave me some tips to help me diagnose the problem. When I figured out that it wasnt something we could fix ourselves, he made an appointment for the next day and they got us back up and running. I would absolutely recommend Mega A/C for any repairs, but also for an A/C tune up before the weather gets any hotter!!

We woke up Monday morning to no heat during the hard freeze. One call to Mega AC was all it took. Enrique detoured his Houston service calls as he happened to be close by and we had heat within the hour. We will always recommend Mega AC as the premier HVAC contractor in the greater Fort Bend area. They are professional and more important, Enrique is just a kind helpful person when his customers are in a tough chilly situation.

Mega A/C has come through and saved the day once again! The ac wasn’t cooling the upstairs portion of the house and I knew just who to call.Dora and Dylan got right to work trying to troubleshoot the problem. After going step by step it was realized that the unit would have to be replaced. These were 2 great service technicians and knew exactly what they were talking about. Anything I wanted to know they could answer.They had the new unit up and running in no time. And made sure to follow up after. They continue to prove that good and fair businesses still exist. No need to look elsewhere for an A/C company.

Juan Enrique was referred to me by 2 friends. He came to my rescue today when my downstairs heating unit stopped working and my living room was 59 degrees. He arrived within 1 hour and returned later in the day when my furnace stopped working again. He figured out what the problem was, was patient answering all my questions, and did not overcharge me considering it’s almost Christmas and we’re in the midst of a hard freeze. Very nice man and I highly recommend him!

I was referred to Mega A/C by someone who previously used their services. Enrique came immediately because the a/c vent cover was hanging from the ceiling. As a temporary fix, he secured it with screws and told me what size to order as a replacement. A few days later, his wonderful assistants, Josh and Sebastian, showed up to install it. They even swept the area after they finished. To my complete surprise, the services were FREE! Enrique stated that it is his business practice to provide a free service each month to a customer. I was the lucky customer in June.

My A/C control panel went down after 5:00pm due to a power surge but Enrique Mendez came by and fixed our issue without charging some crazy fee! He actually took time to show me what all was wrong and didnt try to sell me on something we didnt need. We originally found Mega A/C after reading glowing reviews on our neighborhood site. Enrique didnt disappoint! Thank you sir!!!

As a home owner you always dread the ac going out especially in peak heat of Houston. This has occured to me twice over the years and Mega A/C has promptly worked me into their schedule with professional service. They explain what they are testing without upsell or fear mongering and have been quite affordable. First issue was few years ago fan motor went out July 3rd and was resolved July 5th because parts were not immediately available. Recently I had the Capacitor go out and they were able to fix same day. Ive heard plenty of stories from others that companies doomsday upsale that once something breaks you need to look at complete replacement. I know my unit is getting older and that may occur in the future but I have comple faith Mega A/C will give me an honest assessment when that time comes.

Enrique Mendez and Kevin offers SUPERIOR A/C repair service. Extreme variance between thermostat and temperature reading. In addition, hose/system frozen. Previous, A/C company misdiagnosed and was going to charge extreme rates for a thermal expansion valve. In attempts to get my family to purchase a new unit. Enrique was honest, ethical, and fair with the costs of his services and diagnostic of my A/C unit. Enrique actually showed me in the attic that the damper was closed. I am a REALTOR that will refer all of my love ones, Colleagues, to Mega A/C (Enrique)

I called numerous different companies, which obviously were very busy, but Enrique responded very quickly, was over at the house within an hour or so, and fixed the problem.
