We called Phillip this morning due to my 80 year old grandparents AC going out. He then called the call crew, Jarrett & James and there were at my grandparents house within 45 minutes. The quality of service was great, their response time to the appointment was great, but the two service call rate was a disappointment and surprise. If they don’t have your parts and have to order them and come back, the charge is a minimum of 1.5 hours labor. -

If youre looking for honest and dependable HVAC - this is it!Our unit wasnt cooling right and it got up to 86° in our house. They sent someone out same day (even though I called after lunch!) and they had the entire thing repaired by bedtime.The honesty and integrity that we encountered while dealing with them, was truly unlike anything we have ever seen before with any type of home repair company (and weve been homeowners for 13+ years). When we need to upgrade our entire system these guys will be first and only folks on our list to call! -

McDaniel is always prompt and friendly. If they run into an issue on their end they will work to resolve it as painlessly as possible. They explain what they are looking at, what they find, etc. so that it makes sense to someone not all that familiar with the ins and outs of AC/Heating. I have most recently been working with Austin when I finally needed to just replace my system, and he has been awesome. -

My grandmothers AC went out. They had to order a part and it came in the Friday before Memorial Day Weekend. That was also the day that she got home from the hospital. They worked with our schedule and had a tech out to fix the problem shortly after she arrived home. The tech was fast and professional and kind. I would absolutely recommend them for your AC needs! -

When we got back from vacation our A/C was not working and as you know, July in Texas is HOT! Called and they sent Stephen to check it out. He was very professional and efficient. Had our A/C working in no time at all. I mean less than 30 minutes. He knew exactly what it was and corrected the problem immediately. I highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C or heating work done. -

Kent came out after we called on a Monday morning. The outside unit was making horrible noices and it was getting warmer inside. Kent not only saved the unit, he came inside and also showed us that our filter wasnt working. He advised us to replace the current filter with a specific one, and also checked other issues that could be wrong. Thank you to Kent and McDaniel for saving our AC. Will be using them again. -
