    Greg with MasterTech in Lubbock has done a great job for us! Hes replaced two old units for us in the last several years and not only did a great job of recommending the brand and size and getting the units installed, but also followed up to make sure everything was working well. Well continue to contact Greg for any of our HVAC needs!

    Ive been calling Greg for over 12 years for all of my heating and air needs. He never tries to sell me anything I do not need and he is so knowledgeable and efficient that he is able to diagnose and repair in the time that most heating and air technicians are still getting their tools out of their truck.

    I have used Greg and Master Tech for years to take care of my heating and air needs including installing a completely new unit 7 years ago at a previous home, it never skipped a beat and drastically lowered the electric bill since it was much more efficient than the old unit and the house was much more comfortable. I have always known Greg to be honest, care about his customers and be a true professor of his trade!! Eight months ago we moved into a 4 year old home and a one year home warranty was included with purchase through American Home Shield. Last week the ac quit cooling right so I called them and you can imagine my disappointment upon being told I could not use Master Tech, I would have to use another local company they were contracted with so I reluctantly agreed thinking I could save money using the warranty, WRONG!! As soon as the tech arrived I got the impression he really didnt know what he was doing, especially after overhearing him talking on his phone to Im guessing his supervisor asking questions about what to do. After hooking his gauges up to the lines he said the unit was overcharged with refrigerant and he removed 1/2 pound from the system, told me it had probably been overcharged since it was installed 4 years ago, I thought this was odd since the unit had been working fine up to this point . I paid him the $75.00 co-pay and he left. Later as the day heated into the 90s it became obvious the system was not cooling hardly at all and was running constantly. I realized at this point I should have just called Greg to begin with and not even mess with the warranty since I know he would have known what he was doing, oh well, chalk that up as a $75.00 lesson learned. I called Greg, he came out and determined that the system was low on refrigerant so he added a pound, made a few other adjustments and the unit is cooling better than ever.     Very impressed with Master Techs work. Would recommend this company to my friends/family! Greg worked diligently to make sure that my family had an cost efficient air conditioner/heater and took time to educate me and my wife during the process. Excellent customer service! Were in hopes that we dont have another issue like this, but if we should...no questions asked...well use MASTER TECH.

    I do not know who Ms. Miller is talking about..............certainly not Greg with the Master Tech that I have used for over a decade. He is honest, fair, and very knowledgeable. I always recommend him to my friends for their heating and air conditioning needs.
