I am so grateful I found Mallard, Jose came out on Saturday afternoon and installed a new motor for less than half that price. He definitely went the extra mile in customer service and was very nice, polite, and trustworthy. I will definitely be using Mallard for everything I need in the future going forward..

    Trustwothy. Came out , on time, did an evaluation of a/c issues. Found issues, gave an estimate that I felt was very reasonable. I will have Mallard order parts and complete the work.Follow up to prior post... Parts were ordered and received by Mallard.. came out promptly, did all repairs as stated he would perform, estimate was exactly as stated when diagnosis was done. Was very professional and personable. I was happy to have recommended Mallard services to a friend.

    Let’s start with the phone call. David was quick to respond and put me on the schedule right away. Knowledge as soon as I ask if he works with the brand I have he absolutely answered me all my questions. He verified if I still have warranty on my equipment and took care of the problem right away. I contacted a company last week and they charged me for doing nothing and have no knowledge of the system. But I learned my lesson. I recommend mallard anytime and everyone.
