    Mike at M-Squared Climate Control is my go-to referral partner for my clients. At many of my residential or commercial inspections, I identify problems with the heating and cooling system. Mike and his team can provide cost estimates for repairs or replacement. Doing so, helps him to secure the work on the system after the client buys the property.I can also say that Mike works on the systems at my home and has replaced 2 for my home and installed 1 for my garage.     Mike and Colin are quick to respond, pleasant, and fair. Last year he helped extremely quickly when my A/C blew in July--saved me from getting a hotel for a few days from the extreme Texas heat.

    Our AC stopped cooling one afternoon while we were away from home. When we got home at 9:30pm it was 83 degrees inside. Our Son in Law was familiar with Mikes work from having used him to fix thier AC. He contacted Mike the next morning, on our behalf. Mike came the same day and fixed our AC while we were away from home. We never met Mike but certainly appreciated his dedication and professionalism when returned home to a cool home. We highly recommend Mike!

    I contacted Michael at approximately 11:55am, letting him know that I thought the storm may have done something to my AC unit because the house was getting hotter not cooler. He asked for my availability and by 1:30pm an associate was at my home checking on the issue. By 2:45pm my house was cooling off. The quickness in which he addressed the issue, the politeness of the associate that was sent out, and the all around efficiency and professionalism of M - Squared Climate Control assured my family and I was never uncomfortable. Will definitely keep them on speed dial.

    Wow! Talked to Mike to schedule my apt. He was super nice and very helpful. He was also able to have a tech out about an hour after I called. Collin came out and was Awesome to work with aswell.     Great service from M squared. I set up the appointment with Mike to perform a tune up on our ac system. Colin came to the house a few days later and performed the tune up and let us know we were a little down on Freon and recommended a coil cleaning. He took care of both in an efficient and professional manner. The ac was running much better after they completed service. Would use again and highly recommend them for your hvac needs.

    A year ago, M-Squared worked with me to replace and upgraded two AC units at my townhouse. They went above and beyond to put in the system and did an excellent job. Recently, I encountered a warranty issue and Mike (owner) worked with me to resolve the problem quickly and professionally.Mike sent out KT who spent 8+ hours (working past 10 pm on a Friday night) to resolve the issue. He did an excellent job and wanted to make sure the work was done right. Mike covered the cost of the warranty repair and demonstrated that M-Squared stands behind their work. He made sure that I was well taken care of. Ive had a great experience with M-Squared and definitely recommend them to my friends and family.

    I have had two other companies out within last two months for a microwave vent issues. The problem just got worse. I had a friend recommend m squared climate control.The tech was in my attic for less than 2 minutes and diagnosed the problem.He checked the rest of my attic and asked if I was getting moisture coming out of my ac vents. Which I did. He showed me in five places on my vents why that was happening.He fixed everything and was done in under an hour. The cost was also half of what I expected.I later found out that the tech and his boss are both veterans. Thank you for your service.

    When looking for a home to purchase, I bid on two homes of my dreams; one of which I decided not to purchase due to several issues, one of which was the A/C unit. Two companies came out to access the issues one of which was M-Squared Climate Control. Only M-Squared drew my attention to the rodent problem and the issues the infestation created.
