    If youre in the Cypress, TX area and you have A/C issues, do yourself a favor and call Lucks. They are a great family-owned business. Theyre very honest and responsive. The technicians are friendly, courteous, and respectful of your home. Their prices are very fair and the value you get cannot be beat by anyone else. We will only use them! Weve had them come out and do multiple diagnosing calls. One time I thought I had a significant A/C issue, and they let me know it was only a cheap part replacement! When there is something significant, Lucks is the way to go, too! We had them fully replace our upstairs system. Great company

    Lucks Air & Heat saved us when our A/C got broken on Sunday morning and the contractor that Choice Home Warranty dispatched wouldnt have come until Tuesday afternoon. Lucks Air & Heat quickly identified the problem, changed the broken part and got our system back up and running in half an hour from the time they showed up. Very transparent and fair pricing and friendly, top-notch service. Highly recommend!

    We have been using Lucks for a few years now and they are absolutely the best! When my wife was pregnant and our ac went out they were there within a couple of hours (on a holiday weekend!) they are very knowledgeable and very polite.Just had a new system installed by them and they did a fantastic job.     We have used Lucks Air & Heat to maintain our units. We had an issue with one unit due to a power surge and Lucks customer service returned our call at 9PM and had a tech out at 8AM the next morning to fix the issue.     I called last minute in need, my A/Cs capacitor went out and my pregnant daughter was otw to stay over. This company went above and beyond to help me! I was fixed within 45 minutes of my call.     Luckā€™s always goes above and beyond! Very knowledgeable , professional and conscientious about their surroundings when at a job. Francisco did an excellent job servicing our AC but he also made sure the attic access stairs didnā€™t scratch our wood floors and he covered our bathroom countertops as well. Clint , Crickett , their son , Douglas & Francisco do excellent work! They are quick to respond to phone calls , texts and emails! I use them for my personal home as well as clients.     I noticed my AC wasnā€™t working yesterday and the house quickly reached 78 degrees inside. I called these guys and they came out within 30 mins. We had a power surge and it killed my capacitor and my breaker. They had me back up and running in less than 45 mins all in. They didnā€™t charge all the crazy fees that other companies charge and they were very transparent. If you need AC/Heater work please give these guys a call.

    Iā€™ve had them servicing my AC for 8 years and they have tremendous service. Douglas has been my tech the entire time and heā€™s A+. He got tied up the other day and they sent a new tech. Canā€™t remember his name, but he was excellent too. Highly recommend. Cricket, who answers the phone, is always been a pleasure to work with as well. I get the semi-annual AC and heat servicing every year.

    We started using Lucks a few years ago based on a referral from our builder. We are so glad we did! Clint and his wife Cricket (owners) are very responsive and follow up...rare these days! We do regular maintenance with them twice a year. When our units have malfunctioned, they provide prompt, fairly-priced service. Big shout out to DOUGLAS, our usual technician for investigating further when our unit couldnt keep up with the recent heat and finding a solution to a somewhat hidden problem.     I have used Lucks Air & Heat several times for both my business and home. I can not praise them enough! They are fast, reliable, and most important honest! The owner Client is very nice and I have never had any problems with this company. I like that they explain everything they did and have no problems answering questions. I will not use anybody else for my air conditioning needs. I had one company come out and tell me that my A/C unit needed to be replaced, which only being a few years old, I found that hard to believe, so I called Client and he had somebody come out right a way. His technician informed me that my A/C unit did not need replacing and it was just a part replacement. I was relieved to have such an honest company. As a business owner myself, finding a company that is reliable and honest is very important to me. Its hard to find a company that is not trying to take advantage of you especially when it comes to something like your air. I highly recommend them!

    THE OTHER REVIEWS DONT LIE!! An honest family business that does the job right. My family was suffering during these hot days, due to the AC breaking down on our home. Long story short- I called our Home Warranty Repair Service and of course got the ā€˜ol ā€œ due to your contract some of the repairs needed are not covered, so out of pocket.ā€ I should have called Lucks FIRST!! I did not have to wait days. They came right away, gave me a detailed estimate. CHEAPER than any Home Warranty directed contractor quote and just fixed it. Call them first if you want to save time and money!!!

    Clint and Jeremiah are exceptional, reasonable and above all, honest. I had 2 other a.c. companies come to my home last year and tell me I needed a completely new unit and new insulation.     I had a great experience with Lucks Air & Heat. My condenser went out in the fall, and though there price was by far the best I could find, I opted to hold off on the repairs until spring. I called them up this week and told them I was ready, and they were still willing to do the work at the awesome price I was quoted in the fall. They met me at my house the next day before I left for work, and I came home to a cool house that afternoon. Excellent people, great service, and awesome price. I will be recommending them at every opportunity I get.

    Clint, Crickett, and their team were wonderful in helping us decide on, and then installing, 2 AC units in our house. He was very patient in providing various option in AC sizes and capabilities. The install team was excellent, and they took care not to scuff up the house when removing the old units and installing the new ones. They were excellent about cleaning afterwards. Everyone was friendly and efficient.The only recommendation I would make would be to double-check the condensation lines to ensure there are no leaks after cleaning and reattaching them to the new units.I would not hesitate to recommend Lucks and would use them again.

    We have been using Lucks for about 2 years now and have never been dissatisfied. Actually their service has gotten better. I called dispatch last night when the AC went out. Cricket knew all the AC terms that I was throwing at her, unlike any after hour services, and was able to answer any questions. I got an appointment for the following afternoon. Ashley called me in the morning with an earlier service appointment. Clint came out and not only fixed the problem (capacitor) in less than 20 minutes but also checked the other unit next to it just in case. He then addressed some of my other issues. When I got the Invoice I was shocked...I was expecting it to be at least 50% higher. Totally impressed. Thank you!

They took the time to find a place that will cover my parts under warranty and quoted me a very reasonable price and that was the price I paid once the work was completed.     Clint was very thorough in examining my previous HVAC and recommending what we should do to alleviate my issues. Other companies just suggested I go back with the same system but Clint showed how I needed a return air for my downstairs (didnt have one previously) where I wasnt getting enough air circulation and causing extremely high humidity levels in my house.     Somehow we found Luckā€™s in 2018 when we needed to replace our nearly 20yo units and how thankful we are that we found them! Believe me we looked around! Since day 1 they have been consistent in their responsiveness, competence (HUGELY IMPORTANT ESP IN THIS HEAT), commitment to customer service, and punctuality. At some point during the sweltering/smothering heat of June 2023 we noticed our AC wasnā€™t cooling as before. I sent a late night email and - bc it was soooooo hot - called again first thing in the morning. They were quite patient with my call (it was hot!!!!) considering I had emailed after hours. Air Tech of Houston told us we had a huge problem that required up to $16.000 so we thought we should get a second estimate for the work. Lucks came and found NO ISSUE whatsoever.     We found out during a home addition, that even a brand-new air-conditioning system can have problems, however the owner of Lucks Air & Heat, Clint Teelucksingh, was dedicated to the end to make sure it worked properly. Not only did his team reinstall components at no additional cost, but he also brought out an HVAC Design Engineer to consult and make sure everything was right. This was way beyond our expectation of an HVAC service company. Every time I spoke with Clint he projected a ā€œcustomer first, we are going to make this right for youā€ attitude. And he did make it right, the new AC unit is now humming along and properly cooling our new room. We are extremely happy with the work of Lucks Air & Heat.     The compressor went out the night before we left for our wedding. Come back to 85 degrees in the house. Next day was referred to Lucks since the could come out that day to look at my AC.
