I wanted to share my recent experience with L & S Heating and Cooling. Today, I was at work when my wife called to tell me that our A/C had stopped working. Living in South Texas, the heat can be quite overwhelming, so I immediately looked for an A/C company in the Edinburg area and found L & S. When I called, a friendly lady quickly scheduled a visit from a Certified Technician. I received text updates as they were on the way, which I found very professional. When the technician arrived, he was extremely personable and got to work right away. He thoroughly checked our unit and assured us hed have it up and running in 15-20 minutes, which he did. Lalo, the technician, was very knowledgeable and even took the time to discuss the pros and cons of our current A/C unit with us. It was only after our conversation that I found out he was the owner of the company - I was truly impressed by his dedication to customer service. I want to express my gratitude to Lalo and the company for their exceptional service, and Ill definitely be recommending them to others. Thank you for coming to the rescue!

My system which is located in the attic was leaking and ruining my door frame. I called 5 AC companies and none could make it out. I then called L&S Heating and Cooling and Lalo, the owner, arrived within 30 minutes fixed the leak, even though it was a plumbing related problem. He was very professional and his price was extremely reasonable. 😃👍

Many thanks to Lalo and his team for their quick response to our Air Conditioning needs. We had called another company and the first thing the technician did was trying to sell us a monthly service. Never seemed to care our air was out. It was very hot. After his assessment and price I new I had made the wrong choice.Thankfully I remembered a tv spot that L&S had done along with Cris Automotive. I could only remember Cris Automotive. It was a Saturday night. I called Cris and Cris immediately sent me Lalo’s information. Before I could call, Lalo was calling me from Florida and set up an appointment for as early as he could get it done on Monday morning.Thanks again Lalo for your help.

Lalo was knowledgeable, responsive, and professional during the scheduling and visit itself. After cleaning the lines and installing a new thermostat, he came back later that same day without hesitation when I had another question and concern. All in all, great air service and customer service, definitely recommend.
