Eric and David with Lone Star Comfort Solutions are truly passionate about helping people! Eric was even available to walk me through a simple fix over the phone on a hot summer night! My family slept nice and cool, then he was there first thing in the morning to check up on our unit. Not only do they take care of my family, I always HIGHLY recommend them to all my clients. As a Realtor, I am very happy I have him to look over the inspection reports and HVAC units of my buyers. My buyers really appreciate his opinion when purchasing their home. Eric is one of the best! He is very dependable, honest, and his prices can’t be beat. We were having trouble with our ac and even on a holiday he still responded and helped us. We will never use another company for AC. We highly recommend Lone Star Comfort Solutions.

Eric is fantastic. Called at 7:30 in the morning and by 10:30, he had gone and picked up and installed everything.Great serviceAdding some more detail for another time Eric and team took care of us. I cannot speak highly enough of Eric and his services!! So glad that someone was kind enough to refer him to us. She said he had the best company in Dripping Springs and now I know why! Our AC stopped working and it was miserable with triple digit Texas heat. I reached out to Eric and he came to our house at 8pm and took care of it! We went from being miserable to having a cool house tonight, what a blessing!! Best service I’ve ever experienced!

Eric was great. He came out and serviced my AC and replaced a start capacitor on my unit. Ashley in the office was also very professional and a pleasure to speak with. He went above and beyond in getting my unit up and running in our hot central Texas heat.

I couldn’t have been more amazed when I contacted this company.The owner answered the phone, was at my Dripping Springs home within 15min, had a service tech pick up a new compressor in Austin and had cool air blowing by the end of day.Call it luck but if I have another a/c need, I’ll be calling them first!!!!!!!I also have a home in Lakeway and when that outside unit goes out, Eric will be the man I call.Thank you Lone Star Comfort Systems!

My daughters room was perpetually hot and we needed someone to come and take a look at our system. Eric and team were on-time, professional and courteous and took the time to inspect additional systems that could also be having issues because we hadnt had an inspection in many years. Without charge, he went ahead and filled up our fluids and solved the mystery of the hot room. I highly recommend Lone Star!

We’ve used this company for over 8yrs and ALWAYS go back!! The response time is what is best to me....I know they will drop everything and help in a crisis (ie 108 August day and air conditioning is not working) they are professional and best deal in town!!!
