Our heating was having issues over the weekend and Nick came out that following Monday. He found the issue, it was a pesky little critter that shorted out a wire in the unit. He had it up and running in no time. Highly recommend Lone Star Mechanical.

I received a recommendation for Lone Star Air Mechanical from our neighborhood Facebook page. I am so glad I followed the recommendation. Nick Baxter was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. He performed several routine tasks on my HVAC system with great skill and professionalism. What I was most happy about is the Nick resolved a 20 year temperature imbalance between our family room and the master bedroom. We had lived with the problem since the home was built and the builder initial tried to improve the situation. The location of the master is hotter due to the west facing windows. I really did not think it was possible to make it better. Nick thought he could fix the issue and did! I replaced some ducting to increase the airflow to the master. I wish I had contacted Nick sooner. I had a very positive experience working with Nick.

Nick saved us in an urgent situation! We had an a/c condensation leak coming through our ceiling and Nick quickly came to the rescue. He fixed the problem and even made it function better. He is very professional and friendly. You can’t go wrong using Lone Star Mechanical.

I can’t express how happy I am to have found Lone Star Air Mechanical! From the stellar customer service to the better-than-competitive pricing, Nick was fantastic. He explained everything to me to where I could understand it and he was patient, thorough, kind and incredibly responsive. On the day of install (new AC and furnace), Nick and Luis arrived on time, were incredibly thoughtful of my home and left things as if nothing had happened. More than anything, I trust them. I felt Nick was honest about what I did and didn’t need and I never felt pressured. Super happy with Lone Star and feel relieved to have new unit in this heat!!! (Summer 2023)Update 5/4/24: Nick came out this week for biannual tuneup of unit. I can’t express how grateful I am to have found a reliable, honest, thorough and trustworthy HVAC company.

Nick showed up 2 minutes before he said and had our problem diagnosed within 20 minutes. He gave us a very detailed invoice with multiple pictures and the AC was running within an hour at a very fair price.100% recommend!!!

He gave 3 options as to how to address the problem with respective quotes which were all very reasonable. Our A/C went out the Sunday night of Memorial Day, yikes! I called Lone Star Air Mechanical on Monday morning at 8:00am and my A/C was fixed by 9:15 am the same day with no additional fees for coming on Memorial Day. I cant say enough about the service and professionalism. I highly recommend this business.

Yesterday (7/13/23) with a high of 104°, the fan motor on my condenser decided to go out. 🥵First AC repair guy I called could not come out till Monday. 😩Next call was to Lone Star Air Mechanical at 6:41pm. Nick informed me that he could be to my house to have a look see by 8pm!! And by 9:30pm he had replaced the fan motor and my house was on its way back to cooler temperatures.Almost unheard of for an AC repair guy this time of year to come out same day but this guy was on point! Friendly, knowledgeable and extremely competent.
