Shawn is probably the most thorough and detail oriented tradesman I have ever worked with. He was attentive to the small things, incredibly thorough, and went out of his was to provide a solution for our issues that no only solves the current problem, but prevented future ones. He’s definitely not only someone I would recommend, but will also definitely work with him again if the need arises.

Lone Star AC Pros was the best ever!! Woke up in the middle of the night on a Saturday, called Shawn early on a Sunday morning and he was there by 10:00AM, very polite and professional. Got us all back up and running. Give them a call great people.

He was more than willing to take the time to come and help us out when our A/C stopped working and had it up and blowing cold air in no time. We were receiving some error codes after the last time it was serviced by another company and they were not able to figure out the problem. Shawn was able to track down the issue and fix it as part of the standard service call, no extra charge. I highly recommend Lone Star AC Pros.

We initially reached out to one of the major HVAC businesses in our area, that weve done business with before. Unfortunately, the parts were not available and wouldnt be for at least five days or more. They left us in the scorching heat. Fortunately, a friend, suggested we reach out to Lone Star. Shawn arrived quickly with the parts in hand, and didnt want us to suffer another day in this Texas heat. He is very knowledgeable about the business, dependable, and quoted a fair price. It didnt take him long to install the parts. He made some suggestions about things we could either do now, or in the near future. If you have any HVAC problems, hes the guy you need to call. He truly cares for his customers and did a great job. Already the house is cooling down. We are so grateful he was available on a Saturday. We look forward to doing business with him again.

Shawn is an awesome guy! Look the dude showd up in a ‘93 Dodge Ram with a 1st gen Cummins looking super sharp!He was waiting on some parts for our AC job. I told him we were going to get a hotel room until he could get it fixed. He called me back like 10 min later and said he wouldn’t be able to sleep tonight knowing we were going to have to get a hotel waiting on him. He came out to the house and did some work to cripple us in until he could make it back out a few days later.He’ll be myAC guy forever!
