I want to say a huge thank you to Lochridge Priest for fixing my heater in the 20 degree weather. From the moment the receptionist picked up the phone she was so kind and helpful. David was at my house within an hour. He walked in the door and fixed my problems within 20 minutes. I have used Clark Air in the past and I can assure you I will NEVER be going back. 1/17/25 - Jeff came out and gave a quote for a new system. He was very professional and gave a throughly detailed explanation for what would be needed. I appreciate the office for sending a technician out very quickly. 1/20/25 - Joe came out today, checked out what we had in the house and gave an overview of what we could expect to get done. Was very knowledgeable about the process and talked about his experience. I feel very confident about their work and the company’s commitment to excellent service. 1/24/25 Aaron and crew came by to do the install of the new A/C unit. Kept me updated with the install and what to do if emergency heat was needed. They were very cautious and ensured everything was done right the first time. 1/29/25 - Joe came back out with an apprentice. They did an excellent job on replacing our water heater. Took their time and ensured everything was working properly. Very much appreciated!!

My service provider today was Bobby, McLean, Electrician. He was very friendly and extremely polite. He is very knowledgeable about his craft. As he checked the breaker box and the main disconnect to diagnose the problem, he was able to identify it almost immediately! He also changed some light switches and outlets.Thank God and thank you Bobby for your expertise! I will definitely be calling on you again for any issues or concerns that come up. I would also like to give a BIG thumbs 👍🏾 to David. He came out on a Sunday when it was going to get really cold since the power to my thermostat went out again. He quickly found the issues as well. Not only did he fix it looks like my dogs were rubbing against the wires on the unit outside. He recommended I block that area off. I did and haven’t had any issues since. Please thank David as well! I highly recommend! After not being able to get a hold of anyone who could come out same day or did not service the area I lived in I found and called Lochridge to get help with our furnace not working properly. They were able to get a technician out to us the same day. Our tech, Rudy, was awesome! He was able to find the problem right away and get it taken care of. Every person I spoke to and interacted with was so kind and helpful!

I went searching for a hvac tech, and after seeing your companys reviews and high rating, I knew I had to call. The lady who answered my call has very cheerful and eager to help. Setting an appointment for a diagnosis was easy and painless. Best part is the diagnosis was free. Next day service was definitely a plus. Brian Jordan, the tech, called beforehand and was punctual with his timing. He was extremely knowledgeable with a great personality to back it up. Couldnt ask for better service. Highly recommend and they will always be my go to from now on.

The price overall was not cheap, however, the high quality of work performed today will save us money later. Great experience from start to finish. Lockridge preist is an extremely professional company. It’s hard to find a company that has consistency and makes the attempts to reach out without you having to constantly hunt them down which seems to be the norm today. They were extremely proactive, constantly informing me of the process, and then they sent out an experienced crew. The lead crew member was named Kenneth. He was on time and professional and efficient, More importantly, extremely experienced. The job was done in a timely manner, and I am especially happy with how neat and clean they were. Isaac was my service technician.Communication was very good. He was on time and was able to come by the same afternoon. 👏He was very professional and knowledgeable, answering all of my questions. He found a leak in the condenser coil and it needed replacement. Isaac gave me many options and decent prices for the repairs. We choose to band-aid the situation for now and just fill it with refrigerant to be able to budget and plan the repairs. No trip charge for the first visit/diagnosis and reasonable charge for the refrigerant.A very reasonable charge for a service contract, for the future, sounded very attractive. Overall, a very pleasant experience 😊 and looking forward to doing business with Isaac and the company he represents, in the future. 👍

They sent Mr. Bobby McLean to take a look he was the nicest person and explained everything and went the extra mile, I was very happy with him. Antonio was a true professional. He took time to explain details on the system and recommendations for replacement of duct work that is needed. He did accidentally break the bottom step of our attic ladder, but immediately reported it to me and his leadership for their coordination to replace it. Highly recommend Antonio.After working through an apparent internal LP communication/scheduling problem when no one showed up at appointment time, I was able to get the right person on the phone to continue with replacement of broken access ladder to the attic and replacment of the ducting. The team that was sent arrived in the afternoon and made quick work of what was required, with exception of painting the access door on the ladder to match. He answered all of my questions that two other electricians ( from another company) could not.
