    I recently had the pleasure of working with Bradley and Bubba from Lightfoot AC and Heating, and I cant recommend their services highly enough! We were experiencing issues with our thermostat, and their team quickly identified that there were much larger problems at play.From the moment they arrived, it was clear that they were both highly professional and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the issues in detail and provided us with various options for resolution. Their friendly demeanor made the whole experience much more pleasant, and I truly appreciated their thoroughness in diagnosing and fixing the problems.If youre looking for reliable HVAC service, I wholeheartedly recommend Bradley and Bubba. They did an amazing job, and I would not hesitate to call on them again in the future!

    My family has called on Bradly many times to repair both commercial and residential A/C systems. This most recent service call was for installing a new thermostat. He has always been fair on his pricing and explains the problem and how he fixed it. Great, hardworking guy! I would recommend him to anyone looking for professional, honest AC work.

    Lightfoot AC & Heating came to us from a home warranty call. The home warranty people denied our claim but we went ahead and got Lightfoot to install our new heater. We told them on December 23rd we wanted to go ahead and get them to do the install and by Monday they were at our house with the new furnace. They were so nice and professional and took the time to explain to us what they did. Even though were an hour away from them, I will continue to use Lightfoot AC & Heating for anything involved our air and heating systems. I highly, highly recommend them!

    Bradley was incredibly professional and patient with me while my home warranty was fighting me to replace me AC. After the claim was denied repeatedly, Lightfoot was there to help us not only get a new AC but install it as quickly as possible before the holiday weekend.     Bradley came all the way out to our beach house on Pirates’ Beach and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was efficient in diagnosing the AC unit problem and reported his findings to our home warranty company. In less than half an hour he had convinced them that the salt, water and coastal air had indeed effected our unit and his recomended repairs were approved. Bradley will acquire the parts and return so we can have upstairs heat and air soon. I highly recommend Lightfoot A/C & Heating. Thanks, Bradley.

    Super helpful, knowledgeable, and was able to come out on a very short notice. I had an ac system & thermostat installed by another ac company last year and Ive had nothing but issues. They were able to send someone out next day and an issue with the thermostat wiring was identified instantly, and the problem fixed. Appreciate their work and would highly recommend (do not go with the company that starts with a F and ends with an inch), give these guys a call instead.

    I cant say enough good things about Lightfoot A/C and Heating. Bradley and Leonard were professional, reliable, affordable and most importantly HONEST! Our a/c stoppped cooling, and then it wouldnt even come on. This unit was only 15 months old (not installed by them unfortunately) so my anxiety was high about finding out what the problem was. They were here when they said they would be, extremely courteous and had the problem fixed in about an hour at a very honest and fair price. I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone and everyone. Thank you Lightfoot for being a company with integrity!!

    Bradley is professional and his experience shows as soon as he makes the call that he is on his way with ETA of arrival. Referred through our warranty home insurance , lightfoot provides excellent / fast / reliable service . Asked what was issued once he arrived, addressed the problem ,and analyzed /diagnosed with ease. Our downstairs a/c was not blowing through the vents. Turns out that the motor was bad and had to get replaced . Bradley explained the cause and said he needed to get to another job but once he finished he would call to update if he had the the motor at the shop(stock) Did not have the part but worked late and still call me back to let know when the motor would arrive . As promised, the part arrived and serviced the install of the motor that same day . Went the extra mile and beyond. Now my family is enjoying cool cold a/c!

    They were dispatched by the home warranty but we had a conflicting appointment with the time. I called and asked for a later appointment and they adjusted it. They came out late and got the AC fixed that seemed to be the result of sloppy work from the previous company sent out by the home warranty people.I can’t speak to the price because we used the warranty, but Bradley was very nice and professional and got the problem fixed.If (when?) the AC or hear go out again I will request them for service.

    Performed a warranty replacement of our evaporator coil. Dealt with the manufacturer and home warranty company so that we didnt have to. After a few weeks we had a slight issue but Brad came back and resolved the problem very quickly and at no extra cost. Very open about issues found and good at communicating the work that needed done. Would recommend. Thanks.

    Bradley came out to check out the heat not working and diagnosed it within a minute or two, and in my case we had to wait until it was authorized by a home warranty. This was on a Friday and the next Monday he came back out and fixed the problem within an hour and everything was good to go. Excellent service, professional, friendly, and quick!!!

    I needed a late night emergency call because my a/c was leaking through my walls. Lightfoot A/C and Heating answered the call and was at my house within the hour. The technician found and repaired the issue quickly and efficiently. I’m absolutely gonna call them again for any else with my a/c.

    Lightfoot has come out on a few occasion through service calls to my warranty company. They are always on time, thorough, respect and know what they are doing. This last time Bradley came out, my warranty company denied the repair Bradley recommended. We used him to replace the entire unit and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

    I thought my AC was limping along while I had people over on a Saturday night. Turns out it croaked, but I didnt realize until late in the evening and our house was WARM. I called at 9:58 and had someone at the house within 30 minutes. He ran back to his shop and got me set up with a second hand part to keep us running until he could come and install a new one on Monday. Its 11:30 and our AC is now back online. I dont usually leave reviews like this but Lightfoot deserves a good one.

    Bradley was send by the home warranty company. He took the time to identify the exact problem and explained the options available to me. Since the repair was denied I decided to have him replace the unitknowing he quoted me a fair price. I was definitely impressed by the craftsmanship and the pride he takes in doing a great job. He even submitted the warranty forms. Super customer service and greatly recommended!!

    Kyle came out on last notice after a stressful day at work. We were able to discover that my unit had a refrigeration leak. He was able to resolve my issue and cool my house temporarily until they come out and install a 16 seer unit to also help elevate cost on my electricity bill. Great company that’s down to earth and will be using on any of my future A/C needs.

    A/c quit cooling on us and called Lightfoot right away, they where out here with in 30 minutes on an after hours call. Diagnosed the issue, found the cause of the issue and was unit was up and running with in an hour. As a service writer for a diesel repair shop, we focus on complaint, cause and cure. This was so evident in the way this company does repairs. I have used several ac companies before and have always been dissatisfied with the guessing, not this time, great job guys!! We greatly appreciate you for the quick repair!

    In my years of dealing with HVAC contractors this is the first truly professional contractor. They serviced my dads ACs, both broke down during the heat, with patience, understanding and professionalism. They even added freon without extra charge. Bradley was very professional and easy to deal with. I can see clearly they are not the type that want to make money from you for no reasons. I gave them a 5 star! Really recommend them to anyone needing AC services.

    Fantastic guy. Came out right away on a Sunday evening. Wasnt able to figure out why the air turned warm for a bit after fully inspecting the system but thats okay. Electronics are weird sometimes. Im in the tech industry and weird things happen all of the time. Most importantly he goes the extra mile to ensure things are working properly, treats my family with respect, and charges you a fair price.Hire this guy for your next ac issue. Hes good.

    Bradley has been to my house about 3 to 4 times now and has always been upfront on what the issue is and what parts are needed and how much. Then proceeds to get it done quick and right. This last time he remembered we had kids so he made it a point to get to us quick to get us out of the heat!     I am TOTALLY satisfied. My heating went out during the Texas Artic Freeze. Lightfoot was at my home within hours. They did a temporary fix until the part was located.     Their business was contracted out by our home warranty. There was a communication snafu on our part but they called me back after they were leaving a job and offered to still come out to help us. They were prompt, courteous and professional. We are appreciative of their service and willing to come help.     Most of these issues I see on the reviews are from scheduling.. thats more on the home warranty and not as much on Lightfoot. They called and were able to arrive earlier. Came in assessed the problem quickly and requested repair through the warranty company. Onece approved they repaired it and the whole thing was done in an less than an hour.
