I was thrilled that Chris could come out the same day I called for service. He was very knowledgeable, prompt, thorough, courteous and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure I had the proper filters, stayed to make sure the unit was working properly, and saved me from replacing parts that didnt need replacing. Highly recommend! -
