I called Legacy Heating & Air about 6am this morning and Randy answered on the first call. I was having trouble getting my house to warm up All night! A 29 degree night, So 61 degrees inside the house! My mom and I were freezing. They came out as soon as possible! Real genuine guys they even explained to me how I can check the system/ac my self for the future. Wont charge you an arm and a leg! I’m going to call then everytime I have any heater/air issues!

This is by far the best service call I have had in years. The technician Kyle was prompt, personable and kept me informed of what and whys of the work he was doing. He not only located the leak, he also resealed aged seal around the furnace. The quality of his service is why I recommended Legacy to my friends. I will use the service again.

Our AC stopped blowing cold air a few days ago. I had asked our neighbors for recommendations, and one mentioned Legacy Heating and Air. As a consumer, I wanted to look into the business before scheduling an appointment, so I went straight to Google. Legacy Heating and Air had so many 5 star reviews with great feedback, so I decided to book an appointment. I called this morning (8/30/23) expecting to be scheduled some time this week. To my surprise, not only were they able to come today BUT within the next 1-2 hours!! I was happy because with this crazy Texas heat weve been having, sleeping in a warm room is no fun. From the start, my interaction with them was amazing. I got a text message letting me know that Andrew would be coming out, and then another one letting me know he was on his way. Andrew was amazing!! He explained everything he was doing to me and my husband. He was very polite and courteous. He also was upfront on what repairs were needed and pricing. I can honestly say that Legacy Heating and Air lives up to their 5 star reviews!! I have their number saved and will definitely be using their services from now on.

Came out at a moments notice. Called around 7:30 am. They were here by 10:30. (The gods were smiling on us.) 100+ degree temps heat wave. AC wasnt cooling. Worst fear? New unit. $$000s!!??Problem was simple. They explained everything. Super nice guys, Randy and Andrew. Super professional. Good value. ($) No hesitation recommending them. I was referred by a friend who had used them before and raved about her experience. I used Legacy to fix my heating system. They returned my call in regards to my request for assistance very quickly. I made an appointment and they came out the same day. Which I was very glad because it’s was freezing and I am currently working from home. They were very professional and explained what was wrong and what needed to be fix. They were able to resolve the problem very quickly. I also spoke to the owner, Randy, and he was very professional and nice. They were also affordable in pricing which was helpful during this pandemic. If you are needing assistance with heating and air systems I would definitely call these guys. I saved myself a lot of time and did not need to call a bunch of different places.

Andrew identified the problem immediately, based on what I had told him what was happening. He tried to clean the flame sensor,but after cleaning it still wasnt working right. He went an bought the part and it worked properly. He made sure to check all operating parts of the furnace too.I will definitely refer Leagacy Heating and Air to single teachers and friends because you are honest and dont try to get over on your customers.

Legacy did a wonderful job replacing my old heat pump. The lead times are still long from Covid but they recharged my system when needed as we waited for the equipment. The technicians are professional and responsive. Will use again.Update: I had an issue not related to the install of my new unit. Andrew and Randy worked at solving the riddle until they figured out what was causing my issues. This company is thorough, professional, easy to communicate with and just genuinely good to work with! My AC unit decided to stop blowing cool air late in the afternoon yesterday. Needless to say it was a HOT 🥵 night. Turns out a lizard 🦎 decided to take his chances and fried himself on the compressor which caused the issue. So I called the ONLY AC & heating company I truly trust and they got me all squared away in no time.Legacy is the ONLY AC & heating company you will EVER need to call again in the DFW area.
