    We had a power surge and the lights went out and came back on shortly after. But the ac seemed lagging. I called Lavco based on a referral in a property owners group at Texas A&M. They showed up in a timely manner and after I explained we had a power surge the tech said I bet you need a reset. He simply followed the reset guide for our ac unit and had us back in action in about 20 minutes. Phenomenal job and just a service call price. Professional and reasonable!! Highly recommend them!

    My company had a great experience with Lavco. Scott and his team were extremely responsive to our needs when we were building a new house. They quickly developed creative solutions to a difficult house design and for an economical price. I was very impressed with how fast they responded to keep us on our build schedule.     We’ve been using them for a few years now after many tries with several other companies. They are honest, helpful, and stand by their work. They service our home whenever we have issues and we have them come out for inspections and maintenance a couple times a year, too.Once, we had a problem with a second unit they installed for us and they came immediately, found the issue, and had to take it apart and rebuild the unit due to a faulty manufacturing issue, which they did all of speedily under warranty.

    We got about 5 different estimates for a new air conditioner/heater system, and Lavco had the best estimate. After speaking to two of the people who work there about several issues we had, we felt that they knew what they were doing. Their answers were professional. The system has been installed and so far, we are very happy with the results. Would highly recommend them.

    Scheduling is always easy and FAST. All technicians have been very knowledgeable and quick. Have always been fair, never tried to oversell any repairs or parts we didn’t absolutely need. An appointment from any A/C company is costly these days, but at least these guys are not the most expensive in BCS.

    We have been with Lavco and their workers since about 1984 when they hand dug a narrow trench across our rock driveway for the compressors wires that would lead to the new location on the other side of the garage. Hard sweaty work!     I cannot say enough good things about LAVCO. I am a general contractor and I have used them for the past six years. They never let me down. I have recommended them to numerous other people and Ive never heard a bad word about them. They are very good, their prices are reasonable and competitive and they are honest. There are several companies in our area whose business model is to sell equipment at the highest price that they can get, regardless if that equipment is really needed. Lavco does not do that. They look at every system to see what the best value is for that system. Sometimes all that is needed in a system is to repair ductwork, clean coils and do an air balance. Those are not high profit margin jobs but if that is what a system needs they dont try to sell you a new system just so that they can make more money that day. Try them, you will like what you see.     A+++ if you are in the market for a new HVAC system I would recommend Lavco. The office staff as well as the techs were professional, knowledgeable, helpful, and courteous. It was very stressful to have my AC die during one of the hottest summers on record. Lavco responded quickly and got the job done.

    Lavco responded quickly to assess the a/c failure in the hottest part of the summer; ordered the parts; installed the parts after hours and had the a/c up and running in what I think was record time. The a/c unit was under warranty, and Lavco charged me only for the labor per the warranty terms. I have used Lavco for my a/c needs since 1997, in 3 different homes, and will continue to use them in the future.

    The good folks at Lavco got me thru the summer, and again in October. Scott and Justin helped me in August when the a/c unit stopped working on a Friday evening. Justin diagnosed the problem Saturday morning and two employees installed a new part on Monday morning. I apologize for not making note of their names as they were so kind and patient with me….even came back out that Monday afternoon to make sure that it was working. And they helped again in October with a minor problem, and it was on a Saturday afternoon. All of the people there are so nice, and take excellent care of their clients.

    When a competitor sold us an over priced sub standard A/C unit and installation which went on the fritz several times, Lavco came to our rescue. They found that the auxilliary drain line was not connected. It didnt take the young man very long to find and correct the problem. Another time, he was able to get the manufacturer warranty to replace a faulty inducer assembly and blower motor on the heater/furnace. Both times the competitor sent numerous people out but never could figure out what the problem was. Another time, when I had covid and couldnt leave my house during the summertime, the Lavco repairman came the day my daughter called and got it cool again. You cant place a price on integrity and service...some have it and some dont. Family owned companies seem to take more pride in their work. Lavco will always be my go to!

    The folks at Lavco are professional and quick to respond. They installed a complete Rheem heat pump system in our house. There were issues, but they worked, researched, and worked some more to get everything in order, even to the point of contacting the tech people at Rheem. Turned out the issue with the unit throwing codes was a programming issue. Got updated programming from Rheem and boom-bam, all was well in the A/C world! We were new to the heat pump world, but Lavco has guided us through it all and answered all of our questions. We highly recommend Scott and his great crew.

    LAVCO was my HVAC installation company for new build in Rockdale TX. After moving in we noticed some temperature differences in some rooms through the house . Hadley and Justin came out to fix system by adjusting dampers in house . They also found a minor flow issue in a line , which they corrected . Hadley had to crawl through a narrow area in attic to find the line issue . They also informed me they were going to install a fresh air line to return the air plenum at a later date.
