Simply the best! Our small Montessori school has been a customer for 20+ years! John and his team are outstanding, honest, efficient, knowledgeable, experienced and responsible! They have always worked around the clock to fix the AC problems weve had and made sure that the children will be comfortable and we will not have to close the school! Lakeway AC is a family owned business and they treat you as family! Everyone in their team is kind, they truly care and they solve AC issues fast! I highly recommend them!

Outstanding Service! August 2024, Texas: Hot!We returned from vacation in the late afternoon to find our house at 89 degrees because our AC wasnt working. I called Lakeway AC & Heating, and Chris, the Service Manager, arrived at our house in less than an hour. He diagnosed a low coolant level and added coolant. The house quickly returned to a comfortable temperature, allowing us to get a good night’s rest. The following morning, Chris returned, diagnosed, and repaired a small refrigerant leak in a capillary tube.Thank you, Lakeway AC & Heating, for this outstanding service..

Our AC quit Sunday 7/31/23 at around 4pm, with a fault code (54). I called Lakeway AC&H and they were the only people, out of six different calls, who answered. Unfortunately, I dont remember the persons name I talked to. They explained that they couldnt get to me, but then they took the time to talk through some tips and simple things we could try along with our search for someone available on a Sunday night !-(. They were very professional and super helpful as they could be given the circumstances. That is honest customer service. Thank you sir.

Wow! What great service and timely too, given the demands they must have now with the temps soaring to 100. Our upstairs system went out and their technician, Ray, responded with a very professional and caring explanation of what needed to be done. I was very impressed with his proficiency and knowledge. Ray is definitely an asset to this company. I would highly recommend Lakeway A/C and Heating to anyone needing a reliable service for their home A/C needs.

We had a last minute issue with our AC over the weekend. They showed up timely, properly diagnosed the problem and efficiently fix the problem all at a reasonable price. We had other companies misdiagnose the problem and failed to properly repair the issue. They are my new AC company.

Dalton was fantastic. I had some issues with wiring on new unit, but Dalton was out next day and we are up and running.Edit: Its 2024 and these folks are the go-to here in Lakeway. Dalton is still fantastic.

Our A/C unit went out last night. Called late this morning and Ray was at the house a little after 2 pm. Diagnosed the problem in about ten minutes, fixed it in another fifteen minutes and our unit was humming cold again! He explained as he went, was thoroughly professional and personable, and the price was certainly reasonable. It is obvious this is a wonderful business and we’re lucky to have them.

John, the owner, is a super nice guy. He spent lots of time giving me advice on air conditioning my garage, going through all the options, and even offered to let me borrow one of their portable AC units to see if it would be enough cooling for me. As a Lakeway resident, I will for sure be doing business with them in the future!

Not only did they show up on a Sunday, but they were there in 15 minutes. The repair costs were very reasonable and I had the AC cold before we had to put the kids to bed. Thank you Lakeway Air Conditioning and Heating! Our upstairs A/C was blowing nothing but warm air. My roommates called Precision Heating and Air, and they sent out a sales guy to try to sell us a whole new air conditioner. We were pretty sure we didnt need a new one, so i called Lakeway Air Conditioning and Heating and spoke with John. I let him know that i wouldnt be available till after 6:30pm because im working and he came out around 7:00 and had our Air Conditioner fixed by 8:30. What a great company that is local, fast, knowledgeable, and HONEST!

After several service calls before me on a Sunday no less, he showed up EARLIER than he estimated, and as usual with a great attitude and a smile on his face, not to mention being extremely knowledgeable. We called a couple local A/C companies on a Friday morning when we realized our A/C had stopped blowing cold air on a day expected to hit 100+ degrees. Ray from Lakeway A/C got to our house early in the afternoon and had everything fixed(blown capacitor) before we even got a call back from the other company we had contacted. We had used them previously at our old house and had a positive experience then as well. All in all, wed recommend Lakeway A/C & Heating.

This company is local, reputable and reasonable. We moved to our home four years ago and every time it would start to warm up, our air conditioner would freeze up and stop cooling (usually on a day I had company!) We had 3 different repair companies come out and each one had a different “reason” for why this was happening, and each with there “fix” ranging from $650 - $2,000! Last year we decided to try someone local. Lakeway AC came out and honestly told us that it could be a number of causes but at no cost to us they would contact the manufacturer and see about our warranty plus talk to the owner and have him come out and take a look as well. They came back out told us the builder failed to put in enough intake vents, had everything they needed to install an additional one, got it done quick, easy and so neat you never would have known they were there or it wasn’t when the house was built. And it only cost a couple hundred dollars! I now have there maintenance plan where they come before summer and winter and check my system to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Our AC stopped working. Called them pre-business hours (6:30 AM). They answered the phone took my information, told me technician would call back and they did shortly thereafter. Kelly called, told me when he would be there and called again prior to arriving. I was late, he waited and did a very professional job had a great attitude. Could not have been a better experience.

Fabulous! Came out on Saturday afternoon. Had Justin, and he was friendly and competent! He even called us Sunday to see if all was well! Thanks guys for a great job! I posted a review on Apache Post, our neighborhood Facebook page. As follows:A big shoutout to Lakeway Air Conditioning on Debba! Our air quit working at 5 last Friday, so up all night trying to deal. Then its a weekend and a Saturday. Ouch! Must be double time! Needless to say, with this heat, must bite the bullet, and pay whatever it costs us.8 people ahead of us, but Justin showed up, and went up into the attic! Leaking freon I guess, as he added freon, and all is well for awhile. He was sweet and knowledgable, and even called us on Sunday afternoon to see if all was well! Who does that? 🤔 Cost $300, and weve never spent such good money! Thank you Justin, and Lakeway Air Conditioning! Whew!
