Top Tier Service and Professional Installation for my new home!I most recently had Knights A/C & Heating do a rather extensive install, a new AC and heating system at my new home, and I was rather impressed with the knowledge and professionalism I was given. I was concerned about how dirty the job would be but they were very careful to maintain their areas without me having to mention it or go behind them.I greatly appreciate this.From the initial consultation to the final installation, to the final paperwork, these guys were professional, kind, and knowledgeable.The customer service was stellar in my opinion.Mr. Squier took the time to answer all my questions and ensured I was comfortable with the plan and price. I was having an unexpected issue with my units, it was late in the afternoon. I reached out and Luke made sure to communicate and give me a realistic time frame. This company has Great customer service and has amazing technicians. Luke really helps me out often at FFL church I’m the maintenance man but A/C is not my strong suit. LUKE LUKE LUKE !!! Our AC goes out every few months and we replaced our AC almost four years ago and still have the same problem. I live with my elderly disabled mother whom I am a caregiver to, the inside of my house is off limits to strangers outside due to this. It was so hot for my mother she kept telling me she didnt think she was going to make it through the night. Ive never heard of 24/7 AC repair companies and the first one I did call was not helpful at all. When I called here, Luke was the one who took my call and came out as fast as he could. He was on another call so we had to be patient until then but when he got here he fixed our reoccurring issue within the hour. He gave me amazing communication on updates on everything. He truly did remarkable work and was very understanding of my restrictions. So A HUGEEEEEEEE thank you to Luke I will forever recommend this company

Luke just became my go to HVAC specialist. From first contact, he was able to come to my house the same day and ran a detailed inspection of my HVAC system. He was able to get us on temporary heating until parts were delivered to Houston. Luke’s communication with me was excellent when it came to keep me up to date. I feel I can’t say enough about my immaculate experience with Knights. After having a competitor company come out and find the issue and quote me an incredibly high price, I decided to do a bit of googling and had a feeling something was off. I talked to a co worker who knew Luke personally and recommended Knights. Luke came out same day, found the actual issue which was not what the previous tech said and fixed it immediately. As a solo mom of 2, finances with an HVAC issue can be overwhelming. Luke saved me HUNDREDS if not thousands overall. Honesty and integrity will take you further in life and Knights is just that. I will be using Knights for all of my HVAC needs.

This was my first time ever needing AC work done (I’m a fairly new homeowner) I landed on Knights AC and thankful I did. I was referred to Luke for AC repairs from another service. From his first phone call, Luke was easy to communicate with and readily available to assist when our AC suddenly stopped working. On arrival, he was diligent and was able to diagnose the issue in a clear step-by-step manner, and explained things appropriately along the way. Great service but most importantly QUICK! I am a human that requires my home to feel like an igloo when you walk in. One morning I woke up and felt the temperature a little higher than normal and as I walked to check my outside unit , it seemed to make a strange sound. I called Knights AC and Luke immediately responded, and within the hour he had figured out what was wrong with my unit (I sent him a video of the unit and the sound coming from it) he came with the piece he thought was damaged and was spot on and I was a happy Eskimo :) thank you Luke for saving me from the horrible Texas heat that has only just started! Also, my dogs appreciate you giving them belly rubs even as you worked and they were in the way 😂

I came home from a hot day at work and noticed the outside temp was the same as the inside. Needless to say, it was miserable. I searched for a local company that could assist me with my AC issue. Knights A/C & Heating was the first company that I called and was available to help me. The owner came out and was very professional, knowledgeable and got right to work. He helped me understand the issue that I had and showed me with his meter that my capacitor had gone bad. He had the replacement part on his truck and was able to swap it out. He also verified that I had enough freon in the system and cleaned the AC housing. I cant thank him enough for saving my family in a timely manner to enjoy a regular nights sleep. Thank you for all that you have done. I will 100% use him again.

Went in asking for a whole home dehumidifier since we were having humidity issues with our house. Instead they trouble shot our system and they were able to figure out what was wrong with our current system instead of just up selling us a whole home dehumidifier like we thought we needed in the first place. Saved us a ton and our A/C works better than ever, the humidity issues have been fixed. They also added a fresh air intake which has helped our house from smelling stale, which it has for the last year we have owned it.Luke was super knowledgeable and explained what was going on with the system and why it wasnt working correctly. Will definitely go through them again in the future.
