I was very pleased with Kerr County A/C and Heating. Within a 2 weeks span both my business and house needed our heaters serviced. My business heater runs off gas and they needed to order a part to fix it. They communicated very well on when to be expecting the part to come in and when they would be coming to repair it.Same thing for my house, our blower motor went out and we needed to get a brand new one. They communicated well with us on that too, and got it fixed just in time before the cold front came in.I wasn’t expecting my bill to be that high for my house. But what I loved about this company, is they offered me a finance option that they offer through synchrony. So I was able to get on a 25 month 0% interest plan to pay for it. That was clutch considering the holidays are here and money is tight. So I was very grateful that they offer this type of option. I will definitely be recommending this place for HVAC services!

It was no easy task as the house and attic were not built for easy access and removal of the old system. I called the office and Kiana, who answered the phone, was professional, patient and spent quite a bit of time with me answering all my questions. I actually called her 3 or 4 times because I had a lot of questions and wanted to make sure Kerr County AC & Heating was right for us. With all my questions answered I made an appointment for a winter maintenance. I immediately got a text confirmation of the appointment. On the day of the appointment I got a text saying Alex was on his way and it included a picture of him so we would know who to look for. Alex checked out our system and made sure everything was running properly. He then asked us if we had any questions, we did, and he answered all of them, we even learned a few things. We signed up for their maintenance plan and know we are going to continue to get great service. As a bonus, Melissa, owner with her husband JR, sends out a monthly email and along with HVAC reminders, she adds a list of things going on in our area, I love it.

July 2, I had them out for a no cool, and Ryan came out same day. He did a trouble shoot, found a bad capacitor, had one on the truck, and soon had the system running again.August 2, again no cool! I called again, somewhat irrated, they were able to get JR out the same day. Turns out to be a separate problem. The fan motor on the outside unit was bad. Once again he had one on the truck ans soon had the unit running fine again.I would have no problem recommending them if you have problems.Local owned, small bussiness. We need more like them.

Air conditioning went out late at night. Called Kerr County AC & Heating Services the next morning @ 8:30. The representative said they would have a technician at my house between 11:00 and 1:00. Got a message from them saying the technician was on his way at 9:30! Techs Devon and J.R. arrived and quickly diagnosed the problem and had the part needed on their truck. After replacing that part, Devon and J.R. Did a thorough check on my system to make sure it was functioning properly. Both Devon and J.R. were very friendly and explained their work in a way that was easy to understand. Being new to Kerrville, I am so glad to get connected with this company. Kerr county had always been our first call with any ac issue! Our ac unit was on its way out. The heater kept switching on and staying on but then wouldn’t switch on when we needed it on… a mess. Winter was coming to an end and it was recommended to replace the whole unit. (It was time) since the ac worked fine he said wait til October and use it while you can and take this time to save up. We did just that. Since it was planned it was not an unexpected expense and the new system is amazing. The whole day went smooth and was quick and clean.

I dont usually do Reviews on Google or otherwise. This exception will benefit all who consider my recent experience(s). The first day of a recent 32 day hospital stay my AC system failed with my wife home alone. It was a unique failure in that, once serviced, it cooled for 2/3 days then failed for 2/3 days! During the following 30+ days my wife scheduled 4 different local HVAC companies, totaling 11 different service calls, that all failed to correct our problem. Ill not mention names but it was interesting that all 4 companies charged me for multiple calls where no parts were used nor solutions offered. I realize that compensation for effort is expected in the Service Industry and I paid them all. Additionally, all 4 companies, knowing they fixed nothing, eventually stopped returning calls and disappeared when they couldnt sell me a new system. Fast forward to my hospital discharge and I was going to a home with no AC! I decided to call Kerr County AC. Within hours my problems were addressed and a new system was never mentioned! I even got a follow up call to make sure my system was functioning as expected. They are now my HVAC company!

This Company is amazing!!!! We had Airtech out to our house a month ago and they told us we had a leak in our coil and it would be over a 1000.00 dollars and left and NEVER called us back. My husband called this company. He was here fast, worked in the rain and is one honest guy. He found the real problem which wasnt the coil BTW!!! They also have REALLY good pricing.We have lived in Kerrville for 20 years and good companys are hard to find and most treat you like dirt. I am not paid to put this review, I am a Nurse and my Husband works in the oilfield,so we are just regular people. Please, Please call them, dont waste your time like we did and have to pay double.
