James does great work and is an extremely nice guy. Im glad to be able to recommend him to everyone I know. To say James is a blessing, is an understatement. He has brought us cold air quickly when we were roasting after my unit went out in the 95° weather. He also recently installed a mini-split unit in our garage. Works great! If you have an A/C issue or need a new system, give him a shout, you will be glad you did!

James has been our go to guy for several years now at the recommendation of one of our friends when our AC quit working and we are so thankful we called him. Service has always been above and beyond our expectations. He came to our rescue many times and even stayed working with a spotlight late one evening to install a new unit so we would have a cool place to lay our heads. When I say 5 star rating is not enough, James needs 5 diamond. Very detailed, consistent, very knowledgeable about HVAC impeccable customer service. If he says he is coming you better believe he’s coming. He has installed New Units A/C and Heat in my home and explained the whole process to me from start to finish. I am a long time customer and will continue to be a loyal customer. The best in the Shreveport-Bossier area.

Outstanding beyond superb customer service. He was so accurate about my AC unit. Did outstanding amazing job with servicing, got it running in no time as if it was brand new all over again. I highly recommend J&S A/C and Heating. You will not be disappointed.
