Sharing a review of a 5 ton American Standard, variable speed I had installed in July 2024. So far, my family and I are extremely satisfied with the purchase and the customer service/support weve received since. The HVAC cooled great over the summer and is providing excellent heating so far leading into the colder months. Zero regrets with the purchase or choosing J&Q as a provider. I highly recommend to look into getting a variable speed if you own your own home with aging HVAC equipment.

That makes sense as it is starting to get warm in New Mexico.Oli and James showed up today and they were fantastic. They replaced the thermostat, did a function check on the furnace and a carbon monoxide check.They were pleasant to work with and answered my questions. When the job was completed, they cleaned the work area and the bill was settled with no issues.I would highly recommend JQ Air and Electric.

Our system works great. They did a great job explaining everything they were doing and explaining the system. We feel like their service was reasonably priced and was a good value for the money to keep our system in great shape. We highly recommend them and will definitely use them again this fall for our heater checkup.

JQ Air & Electric installed a new air conditioning unit in an older home that I just purchased. I was very impressed with their communication throughout the process. When a problem developed the day of install, I called Jason and he sent a tech over right away to address the problem. Later that same day I had another concern, which he assured me would be fine until he could get someone over first thing in the morning to take a look. I was so impressed when they showed up at 7 am to address the issue! I also was thankful that Jason took my call (after hours) and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance lol.
