I chose them for an out-of-state client who needed a Geothermal system removed that was no longer functioning. The client had previously used another company, and their work appeared subpar. Jones people were clean, competent, and reasonable. They always answered questions from me, my clients, the buyers agent, and the buyer. I, then chose them for the maintenance of my personal ACs. Kevin Smith came out for that. He has been with Jones for around two decades, which told me something about the company, as well. Kevin is the best AC service tech I have come across. He not only explains any issues, he shows you what was found. When he leaves you arent thinking what did he say? Wes Sales always responded quickly and kept us up to date on the Geothermal nightmare, unfortunately, I dont have the technicians cards, but they were outstanding, also. I highly recommend them to anyone needing AC or geothermal repairs or systems.

Honest, professional, and affordable. Replaced my air handler at a very fair price and did a great job. Ill be using these guys in the future for repairs and maintenance.

Aaron serviced my AC unit and not only was he an efficient worker, his prices were very affordable. Although he mentioned that he had a full days work scheduled, he stated he would still take care of me and squeezed me in at the end of his work day. Having small children in the home and knowing that I didnt have to wait a day or two to get my AC fixed was a huge relief. Aaron even took the time to explain things that I could do as a homeowner to extend the life of my AC unit. I will be recommending him to friends and family.

I would recommend Aaron a million times!! I called on Monday and he was out the same day! He was very nice and affordable. He told us exactly what the problem was found the part and the very next day he returned with the part and fixed our A/C. Also when I called the lady that answered the phone was very friendly and understanding. Thank you soo much!

Called Aaron at 5:30 because the AC was out at one of our houses. I fully expected to make an appointment for the following day or later in the week. I was shocked when he said hell be on the way shortly. Had the system up and running in about an hour and half. The price was very reasonable. Ill definitely use this company for all my rental properties in the future. I highly recommend you contact Jones HVAC first. Glad to find a family owned business that cares about customer satisfaction and service.
