I got a heads up call the day before and again 30 minutes before arrival, plumbing technician Mitchell Dotson arrived on time, he gave me lots of discussion time to figure out a difficult problem, suggested a solution, and I was not charged because of my warranty. As of now, I am very confident in my decision.Installation was finished in May, and I had my first blackout, which lasted 10 minutes, in November. The generator failed. I called, and they sent Sam the very next morning. He was excellent: friendly and knowledgeable. He found the problem. Walked me through it and ran a mock outage which the system passed.Im still happy with my choice

We had our annual service on ac, electrical ,and plumbing. Very thorough and professional.However, we asked for an estimate on replacing a simple 2 handle faucet in the shower. The next day a service man came out and gave us two estimates, one if we used the one we had already bought and one if we used the one that John Wayne would supply. First estimate was 1399.00 If we used the one he was to supply, it would be 2199.00! Both estimates were outrageous! How can you charge that amount to change out one simple 2 handle faucet? Unbelievable! Not doing any plumbing with John Wayne

I was very pleased with the visit and work completed.

The only recommendation I would have is to have y’all’s outbound calls routed to one server to have one caller ID from y’all. In January I noticed a lot of dust inside our home . I had to dust every other day. Since their filters only require 1 year to be changed, we decided to look for it and it was extremely dirty. There’s been a lot of construction behind our house so I figured that’s why it was so dirty. I called Jon Wayne’ office and was greeted by a young lady with a cheerful attitude. Shawn also was able to get a quote for me on the same visit for running an additional gas line to convert from an electric stove to gas/propane. We had battled two broken ACs on and off throughout the summer. Finally in October they were done…for good. We got several bids, but felt JWs was by far the best. From the initial call to set up a visit from a technician, to the time and attention Thomas gave our home the day of , to the install, and even since, everything was perfect! Over the years we have used a lot of contractors, we’ve had good experiences and some bad. This experience is definitely in the top 5 of all time, heck maybe even #1! We had 5 trucks and approximately 7-10 workers at our home the day of the install. Each and everyone of the installers were extremely respectful, kind and courteous. It all ran like a well oiled machine. I truly felt like they rolled out the red carpet for us. They left our home as clean as they found it, it was like they hadn’t been here at all. Afterwards, my husband went into the attic to see the work and was over the moon thrilled with what he saw (for a lay person, lol). Since the install, I’ve had a few questions and Thomas has always been kind enough to respond and is very helpful. I really cannot say enough great things about this company. As I signed up, the cost for Preventative maintenance contract was about $30.00/moth, I switched from Goettl who charged me $25/month for 2 airco units). When the technician arrived, he said that I only signed up for 1 unit and I had to pay $15 more? So, this is a $20 more than Goettl. Technician called the office, and they said that I didnt tell them that I had 2 units? They didnt ask either. It Really is their job to ask the correct questions. If they would have told me during signup that it was going to be $45/month, I would not have switched from Goettl. Contract is not cancelable for 1 year.UPDATE (3/26). Their customer service called me and apologized and used my feedback to improve their calling desk. They gave me 2 months free of charge to compensate for my inconvenience. So I raised my 3 star to a 4 star rating. Hopefully after their next maintenance visit, I can give them 5 Stars
