The heating and a/c expert arrived the following day, right on schedule. He was not only well-informed and polite but also sported adorable little booties each time he entered the house. We recently contracted Jon Wayne to do a complete system replacement, including duct work. Every person that came out was professional, courteous and patient. Our sales guy (AJ) made multiple trips out to the house to understand our needs and explain our different options. Once we started the job, he made multiple calls to make sure everything was good and in line with our expectations. The installation technicians were great as well. It was a whole crew that came out over the course of a few days and they were all very polite and considerate of our schedules, which was really appreciated since we have two kids and I work from home. Each visit they explained the work they did and made sure we didn’t have any questions or concerns. We’re beyond satisfied with the service and so far the new system is great. I will be honest about the fact that they aren’t the cheapest but the peace of mind in knowing you’ve selected a quality company that does great work is well worth the cost. I highly recommend Jon Wayne.

I was having issues with my smoke detectors and contacted Jon Wayne Service Company for a quote. Gracie promptly reached out to me and was able to get me scheduled the same day! I received a courtesy call 45 minutes before the electrician was dispatched to let me know he was en route. The journeyman electrician, David, was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable. He explained the life cycle of the smoke detectors and confirmed my suspicions that they needed to be replaced. Additionally, he reviewed all of the electrical components and pointed out some issues to me. Once he calculated the parts and labor costs, all of my options were thoroughly explained. After I made my selection David got to work and finished the entire job quickly. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND giving Jon Wayne Service Company a call if youre in need of electrical services!

I had an excellent experience with Jon Wayne Plumbing. They were exceptionally professional, timely, and communicated everything clearly. Christopher, in particular, was incredibly thorough—he noted every detail of our plumbing issue and took the time to walk us through each line to ensure we fully understood the problem and the financing options available. Of course, cost is always a consideration, and I found Jon Wayne to be fairly priced—not the cheapest but certainly not overpriced—especially considering the high level of service. Called Jon Wayne Monday February 03, 2025. Having low water pressure for sprinklers. Hal from Jon Wayne came out February 04, 2025 @ 1030 he quickly identified the problem, needed a new pressure safety valve. It was installed today by Jesus and Zach. They did an awesome job, tested sprinklers and they worked perfect. Sprinklers weren’t struggling anymore to pop out. Thanks Jon Wayne and its crew.

Great service. Came out next day and well on time. Found the problem, and quickly resolved it. The quote included a lot of nice to have/recommendations that I ended up declining. I can picture some people might have auto accepted, thus paying double. I just wanted the unit to start working again, so I only wanted to pay for that and that is what I got. I still feel anything HVAC related is pricey, and only reason I cant give 5 stars, but I believe thats universal and nothing specific against John Wayne Service. They are professional and will get the job done.

From the first day Art G. came in and talked to us for an estimate, gave us a lot of information that I did not know went with how to choose the right unit for our home. He did measurements inside and outside even measured all the windows to get the right calculations. He was able to get us scheduled the next day. I was surprised and thankful. Our unit was on its last leg.The installation tech’s did a great and clean job. I met Roger when I was walking my dog, I was very impressed with the young man and asked for his card in case I needed a plumber. A few months later, I had to have a new toilet installed, so I called Roger’s cell phone. He was most polite and said he would have his dispatch call me to set up an appointment. An estimator, Efrain, came out to give me an estimate. I was shocked at the price. But Efrain was so nice, and said he could have it installed by Roger the next day if I wanted. So today, Roger came and installed two toilets for me. And he was truly amazing as I expected him to be. He was extremely polite, efficient, informative, competent, and completed the two installations quickly with no mess behind. And he also said I should consider putting a shut off water valve on my water softener. This young man, Roger, is quite an outstanding asset for Jon Wayne plumbing!

I called Jon Wayne Monday 7/31/2023. Christian Moore the consultant came out within the hour. We had had another quote for a replacement so knew that thats what we was going to do. Christian spent at least 2 hours going over different systems/ options ect and we settled on the right one for us. There was absolutely no pressure. We decided to finance. That went extremely smoothly. We had an appointment the very next day for installation 8/1/2023. The guys arrived at 8.30. The time we was told. Very respectful, got it installed in good time. Cleaned up after themselves and Ryan went over the system, thermostat and app with me. This was A great experience and I feel very confident that we made the right choice with a company that will be there when needed.After being without AC for 2.5 days in the S. Texas heat it was great to feel that AC kick in. Its much quieter than my old AC unit and Im sure very much more efficient. Tomorrow they are coming back to do the free duct cleaning I got with the purchase of the new unit.Thank you Jon Wayne.So 1.5 yrs on.Still great service. October 2024 we had the yearly check up. This wasnt just a 30 minute thing. The tech was here for at least 3 hours checking the system, Electrical, plumbing ect. Great job.Today 02/19/2025 I woke up and it was pretty chilly. The thermostat was off line. I called at 8.45am. A tech was here at 12.30pm. And changed out the breaker. More so to do with the old wiring ( 19 yr old house).Great, fast service. Thats what you need when its either freezing or blazing hot, because we all know these things never happens on a cool 70 degree comfortable day🤣😬

Their technician said it was a problem with both the module and the capacitor and quoted us over $1,500 for repairs. Wanting a second opinion, we called John Wayne for a free assessment.John Wayne quickly identified the actual issue: the fan motor was out, but the capacitor was perfectly fine. Called Jon Wayne took look at an electrical issue weve recently had pop up on our fairly new house (5 yrs). The electrician arrived on time, set down a Jon Wayne door mat to wipe his feet over our door mat, then proceeded to introduce himself, provided a business card and then put shoe covers on over his boots. He asked me to summarize the issues to confirm the notes given to him and then proceeded to walk me through his action plan to diagnose any problem and invited me to watch him. That was an unexpected surprise as I am very curious by nature and also dont want to watch over an experts shoulder. At any rate, he was very thorough, provided detailed explanation of the recommended solutions at the various levels. Scheduled service for tomorrow and happy to have had an educational experience with this company.Update: the repair crew came today out after dispatch gave us a heads up call and arrived right around the estimated time indicated. The lead electrician and apprentice set up their mat, put on shoe covers, gave me a rundown of the repairs to confirm their notes and said it would be about an hour. They were spot on, almost an hour exactly and they cleaned up any mess, walked me through the repair and indulged my questions. Only thing I would have liked to see was the work before the covers went back on. Thats just me though, as I am an inquisitive one by nature. The electricians were courteous and friendly. Havent tested the fix yet but service so far has been great.

I called in the AM to reschedule my annual HVAC/Plumbing checkup (I had cancelled previous due to a conflict), Everett came out that afternoon. Was professional (in mannerism as well as appearance) and competent. Did the job with minimal interaction while I was in my office. He replaced parts on outside unit that were showing wear even though they hadnt failed and were still working. He also flushed the water heater. All it cost was for the 1-year filter, which is negligible, and only took about 2 hours. Im very happy with the service and the Jon Wayne company overall. I have them coming out next week to give me an estimate on some new double-pane windows.

Weve had some bad experiences in the past with other companies but with Christian, we were very comfortable and felt he was trying to help us, not take advantage of us and that means a lot to us. We decided to go with Jon Wayne and 3 days later had to contact Christian to see about an earlier install because we were having problems with the AC every other day. Christian was able to get us a next day install for which we are eternally grateful. I highly recommend Jon Wayne for your AC needs. We are very satisfied.

Our service window was scheduled for noon - 4:00 pm. Received a call and text morning of to confirm. After sitting around all afternoon waiting, finally received a call at 3:47 that the technician is running behind and would be there in about a hour. Was told once they arrived service would take about 90 minutes. We had dinner plans so had to reschedule at this point for the next day. So, rearranged the next days schedule to be home and available. Service technician arrived the next day, was very professional, informative, communicating every step he was performing. We were very pleased with the service received, just frustrated that we gave up a full afternoon for an appointment that was made weeks in advance as well as the next morning. A discount on the service charge would have been a nice gesture for them not meeting their service window and us having to adjust our schedules for another day, but none was offered.

The work performed required 2 techs and 2 days, but the 2nd day was the same week. During the process, I was shown before/after pictures, both techs were friendly and thorough. They warranty their work and offer multiple options for their Rescue Club to reduce costs in the future if you have any other issues. The warranty is also transferrable. They have been a blessing!!! Carlo helped out last year with my ac summer tune up and is a great asset to JW. Ac compressor took a dump on me after our recent winter storm last month and caused discomfort. Carlo came and diagnosed the issue to confirm that compressor was condemned. Talked about options and the possibility of just replacing compressor but the cost wouldnt be worth it in the long run. Decided to go with whole new system. Within an hr carlo got the schematics and sent them over to his sles rep Matt who then Within 30 minutes presented us with options from top of the line to their comfort package that was will Within our budget(based on credit worthiness). All was set for next day install by Matt. Christopher/Benjamin came at 9am today 2.8.25 and knocked out the whole system with all new equipment Within 6hrs. Both were very professional in protecting carpet and floors and rolled out their matts/blankets. I gotta say Jon Wayne you have an impeccable standard and employees who love their jobs. I find that Jon Wayne does a very good job in their AC Repair and Service. However, I do have a concern:They replaced a part that was under warranty, so no charge for the part.But, since the part was defective, it leaked out all of the Freon.I was charged for 15 pounds of Freon.I was also charged for the labor to remove and replace the defective part that was under warranty.If the part is under warranty, then I would assume that repairing the damage and Freon cost this part caused should be covered under the warranty.Also the replacement labor should be covered by the warranty, otherwise you could just drop the part on my front porch and say the warranty has been covered.Almost $2,700.- to replace a defective part that was under warranty, seems a bit much.

In the past I haven’t had a great experience with the service with Jon Wayne so eventually I let everything go with maintenance… when they sent out their workers in the past.. they were either late or were here for hours without explaining what they were there for and such. So when my AC went out I was very hesitant to call so I called others for help first and they weren’t able to help me. So I called Jon Wayne to make an appointment. Ben is such a blessing! He was able to identify the problem and explain EVERYTHING to me and how important it is to keep up with maintenance to avoid problems like this. After returning from dropping off my son to school I was outside staring at an object in my tire. Ben came outside to grab something from the truck and saw the tire and offered to change my tire! I wasn’t having the best of luck with the AC or tire but Ben literally went above and beyond for me and I’m sooo thankful! I have gotten back on the maintenance plan but you really need more people like BEN!
