    Francisco was very polite and professional from the first call. He said he would be at my house in about an hour and he was. He flushed and unclogged my condensation drain and removed the water from under the unit. I am very happy with the service I received and Franciscos professionalism.

    Oscar was sent out to our home on a very cold morning to evaluate a problem with our heating unit. He was very courteous and gave us a call a few minutes ahead of time of arrival.     Has been 1 year since Joe Cools installed a new inverter heat pump system and metal spiral ductwork in our house in Kingsbury, Texas. we had 5 bids for this project. 4 bids were completely out of our price range, nothing we could afford. Joe Cools brought a bid we could live with. There were challenges. The house has no attic so we wanted exposed spiral ducts, our choice for appearance, plus the house was very unconventional being built by amateur carpenters, my wife and me, plus some friends and relatives. Joe met all challenges with good results. Every work day started with someone from the crew asking me if everything was looking right, was I happy with everything or had any questions. Any concerns were always addressed. It was apparent that Joe and the whole crew intended to provide good service and quality work. Looking back a year,............................Joe Cools: unbeatable price!! great customer service! i enjoyed the experience of their work ethic and the pride they took in their work. It was fun.     Went right to work checking my system. Friendly said he was part of the crew who installed the new system. I am very happy with my new a/c-heating system. One thing they explained back in June, my old system put a whole in my ceiling and your guys said they would put me in touch with a repair man that could fix it, but never heard from that person and the number they gave me I called and never heard back

    Our outside condenser suddenly quit working. We did have to wait for a service call but Francisco came out on a Saturday and found the problem. We had ants ant infestation on the contactor. He spray it with insecticide and replaced the part. We are now up and running. Thank you for the professional service. And Francisco is very knowledgeable and gave me some great info to maintain the ac.

    I called Joe Cool’s A/C to perform a check up on my A/C unit. Oscar, their technician, texted me he was on his way and arrived during the promised arrival time frame. Oscar was very knowledgeable and professional, as well as being friendly and kind. He patiently answered my questions and explained the various tests he ran on my a/c unit. After he flushed the dirt out of my outside a/c unit, he even recoiled up my garden hose and put it back in place. Oscar did a great job of inspecting my a/c unit and I was very pleased with his service. I plan to continue to call Joe Cool’s A/C in the future for anymore a/c needs, and I hope Oscar will be assigned for the next check up on my a/c unit. Brenda, who works in the office, also did a great job in answering questions and was very friendly and personable.     After researching various companies, we decided to hire a local HVAC technician. We needed rapid service because it was for an Airbnb property, and guests were scheduled to arrive the next day.     I am extremely pleased and totally recommend these guys.I had a new A/C install 3 years ago that was a disaster. It leaked all over the house. The ducting coming out of the air handler looked like two octopuses fighting. The humidity/ condensation was dripping through the ceiling and ruined everything . I contacted Joe Cool - they completely reengineered the ductwork and sealed it up. It’s been 5 months later and we have entered into a really hot summer. Everything is working perfectly!!!!I’m very happy with the work and pricing.

Joe and his folks took as much time as they needed to fully inspect and perform preventive maintenance on our home system for a minimal service charge. He gave us a complete written summary of diagnostic results after a thorough and friendly check. He even gave us some hints about what might be wrong with some other household units that seem to have a problem.     Absolutely phenomenal. Thats all I can say. Joe came in under every single other bid I received and did an absolutely fantastic job replacing a truly ancient unit in a rental house I own. The old unit was leaking so badly it was about to fall through the floor, and Joe did a tremendous job replacing the unit, both inside and outside, repairing all of the rotten wood and water damage, and got everything working well.I will absolutely be using him again when other rentals in Seguin need repair or replacement. He is extremely fast and responsive. I cant come up with a single complaint. Highly, highly recommended.

    I am pleased with the professional services provided by Joseph Quirino from Joe Cools A/C & Heating. We had previously installed a learning thermostat in our (new to us) home. Unfortunately, we recently received an error code on the thermostat. Joseph checked the learning thermostat and the wiring on the A/C & Heater unit, recognized the problem, and was able to quickly rewire our thermostat to configure to the A/C unit. The error code disappeared and our home began to cool. Joseph also assisted me in the finalization of downloading the app for our thermostat on my phone. Furthermore, while he was in the attic with the A/C unit, he checked drain pipes and the filtration system to see if we needed further maintenance. This was completed as part of the service call. He was knowledgeable about our various equipment, arrived within the stated timeframe, and was expedient in completing the job, yet took the time to listen to my questions and provide me with answers. I will definitely be calling Joe Cools A/C & Heating for a regularly scheduled maintenance for our home. Thank you for providing such a great service!

    Omg 100 stars for Joe cools! my AC wasnt cooling and of course it was the day before a holiday, Brenda was able to squeeze me last min and in all the way in San Marcos!Joseph is the one who came out. Even though it was past 7:30 he had a smile, was super helpful, polite and willing to explain and answer any questions we had.They even had my filter in stock (being that I cant find it anywhere and always have to order) and it was cheaper than anywhere I have found.Recommendations going to all of my neighbors too! Now I dont have to wait in the middle of summer without a cool AC
