Our air conditioning went out yesterday morning and we contacted our home warranty company. JMC was assigned to perform the work and although Joe wasnt obligated to respond until 24-48 hours, he made great effort to come the SAME DAY by fitting us in at the end of his day since our internal temperature was almost 90 degrees. He was able to quickly identify the issue and provide a plan to replace the components the following morning. Very knowledgeable and explained everything on the spot. Thanks for the fast response.

Listennnnn, Mr. McFarland showed up and showed out. He called my manufacturer for me, to check to see if my builder registered my unit, for cost savings (which they didn’t). He called around for the part I needed, and saved us from this agonizing heat and got us back up and running. 10/10 my family and I recommend. Very courteous, polite and never complained about being in the heat box, which was our house/attic! I’ve already sent more business his way!

I have to say that I’m very pleased with JMC A/C and cooling. My ac went out on Friday. I called this company and they scheduled me right away. He diagnosed the problem, and was able to get the job done right away. My AC is running ice cold! I highly recommend this company! I’m all smiles 😀!

Called JMC to come out on a Sunday when my AC was out and my man promptly came out and saved the day for me!! Even helped me score some brownie points with the wife because she just knew we wouldnt get anyone to come out on a Sunday!! Highly recommend him
