I recently received a service from JM through AHS. After another vendor provided incorrect analysis of the issue with cloth washer, AHS selected JM for second opinion. Appointment was schedule timely. Tech Michael is very experience, skilled, courteous and professional. He was able to pinpoint the problem very easily, provided a timely report AHS and replaced the part in time as well. To clear my concern about the operation of the washer after the repair, JM didnt hesitate to send Michael again. Once again he called 15-20 minutes before reaching and spent enough time to confirm that there is no issue. Overall, my experience was very good with JM Appliance.

I have had JM Appliance come to my home multiple times over the years (assigned thru American Home Shield, however: I would call them out on my own )and have had a very positive experience every time. They call ahead and schedule the appointment and then they gave me a window, the technician then called me about 30 minutes before they were arriving during the window , they have been able to repair all appliances.

Ive had this company maintain our air conditioners on our home, one rental home and moms place. Now several local family members, friends and coworkers are using them too. They troubleshoot to root cause and dont just shotgun things at $500-1000 per instance like larger companies that advertise on TV and Radio do. Their rating on here is extremely misleading because the negative reviews involved AHS or perhaps other home warranty companies. They should be erased since these contractors are at the mercy of the shady warranty companies who seldom pay them out. (Hint, hint: Most home warranty companies RIP YOU OFF. If you just keep you money and call JM youd be better off financially.) I saw one other review that was about scheduling. It doesnt seem like they were even hired yet they got a bad review.... gimme a break. Im glad Im able to effectively communicate with these guys and theyre my go to AC repair company. Like all small businesses they may not have time to cuddle and nourish every client to their liking on every front, but all I need is my ACs maintained without getting ripped off and they deliver that in spades!

Michael worked on my fridge that wasnt making ice, was leaking water from the ceiling, and needed an evaporator fan replaced. He explained everything he was doing, set expectations on when parts would arrive, and he always respected our home with great care. In the end, our fridge is working great, and we couldnt be happier.

I has an issue with my dishwasher would not turn on. Corona-virus time so he diagnosed over video chat. Came 2 days later and repaired the dishwasher.
