I recently had a fantastic experience with Integrity Services of Texas. James came out to inspect our ducts after another contractor had left issues unresolved. Not only did they not charge us for the diagnostic visit, but they also provided a very reasonable quote to fix our ductwork, return vents, and install a float switch to prevent overflow. The team completed all the work within our requested timeframe. Afterward, we encountered a problem with our heat pump not producing heat. Don promptly called us, and with Shawns help on-site, they identified the issues stemming from previous work by another contractor. Shawn efficiently replaced the defrost control panel and reconfigured our system to operate correctly as a heat pump. Their honesty, reliability, and commitment to their initial quote left us extremely satisfied. We will definitely rely on Integrity Services of Texas for all our HVAC needs in Kaufman County moving forward.

He worked diligently to get us the best price and we felt well taken care of.When the team arrived, they were the picture of politeness! So quiet in the house- no music playing or anything- and were very courteous. They worked hard and when they were done they walked us through everything they did and gave us tips on how to upkeep the system. Integrity Services of Texas is just that, they work with integrity, professionalism, honesty and urgency when needed. I cannot say enough good things about this company and the people that work there. Great service and Great company, I would highly recommend it!!!I have lived in my home for over 30 years and I originally contacted them a few years ago to start looking at my old unit because the previous company was no longer available and it was on its last leg. They took care of my unit and my family in the hottest and busiest times of the year. They have always had someone out there the same day Ive called and have been prompt and helpful and offer the best service possible.I am so happy they installed my new unit and I cant wait to feel the better air quality and lower electric bills.James Edwards (owner) always returns my calls and has someone out to my house the day I have called. When our old AC unit went out, I called Integrity. James(owner) was very informative with everything. He gave me a very reasonable price for a Ducane Unit and two mini splits. He even scheduled for the next morning. The crew arrived in a professional manner and installed all units in the same day. They were even courteous having to deal with all my dogs in the process.Shawn(1), Shawn(2), Kenny, Zach, and Terry were very organized in order to complete the job. Both of our units went out and we called a guy from Palestine. He used our freon to fill it up and said it should last at least a year. He also replaced the fan with an aftermarket fan in the compressor unit outside. 3 days later it quit blowing cold air as the leak must have been more than he thought. They were very polite and said that they would get back with me on a price to replace them. A month passed and I never heard a word. I had a service business in Dallas for years and always followed up at least with a phone call. I was hesitant but then called the company in Athens that originally put the units in 24 years ago. They didnt do that great of an install then as they didnt run the condensation line and it leaked on the ceiling downstairs and on the furniture. They never sent anyone out to fix it. I called them anyway and the guy came out and gave me a bid of $23000 to replace 2 units. I went looking on maps for another company and found this company with a 5 star review on every one of his reviews. I called them up and they came right out and gave me a price a whole lot less then Cole in Athens. We scheduled a time and they came out and installed both units in 1 day. However I noticed the same problems as the original installation with the company in Athens as the downstairs ceiling was getting water. I called James and he sent a guy right out that discovered an o-ring was missing. That was repaired. The next thing he did was call a painter to come out and take care of the ceiling. Now you cannot tell anything ever happened. If you have air conditioning or heating problems I cannot recommend these folks enough. I guarantee you will not be unhappy and you will be very satisfied. OH THESE UNITS BLOW TWICE AS HARD AS THE OLD ONES. FANTASTIC!!

He also recommended to move our outside unit from the backyard to the front yard in order to make it last longer. Zach told me everything he was doing , come to find out we were low on Freon . Zach charged the unit stayed and made sure it was working properly. James (the owner) came out to check our a/c unit, we were using another company and they seemed to think our problem was just the hot Texas weather. James informed us that no, the unit was NOT working properly and gave us an option for repair. We live off the grid and the old unit would drain our batteries almost every night, a lot of the time leaving us no choice but to run our backup generator to make up the difference! Not efficient! He an I talked about the option of putting in a new high efficiency unit! And Whoa!! This new unit runs at probably half or less the power! We are on day three and have yet to use the backup gen!! Amazing!! Integrity is the BEST! Professional, on time, pricing is fair! And they do what they say!!! Highly recommend!!!!

We had an issue with the A/C unit at our rental home. I read good reviews about Integrity and gave them a call after 6pm. They answered and told me someone could come out the next morning. A short while later they called back to give me a specific window in the morning. I got a call the next morning to say they were on their way..and they were early! Fortunately the problem was fairly minor and they got a part replaced and were out of there in no time. They were very reasonable and really saved us for what could have been a major headache. Well definitely use them again!

Very accurate , honest , courteous and skillful in estimating and installing two 3.5 ton Heat pump a/c and goes beyond to help and solve the cooling situation.Most importantly , from a paying customer point of view, the installed cost of AC Heat pump and ducts were even more than 50% of the cost of other estimates I received. The owner even stood by the labor they did to install two AC heat pump that he wrote a two year warranty on the service they completed ( plus warranty of manufacturer on the AC/heat pump) in the writtenestimate / invoice, way beyond normal benefitting me the customer, I would say That is very CUSTOMER-ORIENTED company that I would absolutely do and continue to do business with this company. I would put the maximum 5 stars on all I.e. labor warranty, AC heat pumps and the clean-up after installation.

If you ever needed your faith in humanity restored, look no further.A friend of mine was having some HVAC issues. A random lady saw her having difficulty in an aisle. Asked her what was going on. My friend explained. The lady just said she would get in touch with someone she knew, and not to worry about it. I kid you not, Integrity called my friend, said they would take care of her, and the lady was taking care of it all.I don’t know who you are ma’am, but thank you! 💜There are still good people out there.And these people, are several of them.
