    Had to have my entire hvac replaced recently, they came in day after I accepted the bid, my techs were Isiah and Brandon, they were extremely professional and very efficient, had my whole system swapped in maybe 5 hours and working flawlessly.We only had one issue with the doorbell accidentally being disconnected, called them to let them know, their electrician Logan was here next day and has it back up and running. Only issue that happened and this company stuck to what their name states, integrity. Highly highly recommend this company.Thank you to the company and everyone I had the pleasure of talking to.     I could not possibly recommend Integrity enough.They scheduled me quickly, and waved the service call charge since it was a second opinion. Michael showed up on time, calling 30 minutes prior to arrival to give me a heads up. Very nice guy. Explained everything he found. Replaced the capacitor quickly and efficiently. Gave my unit a clean bill of health. This helped me out tremendously.They Live up to their name.

    The technician called before he started driving towards my house and let me know when he would arrive and actually arrived at that time. He was very friendly and seemed knowledgeable. He fixed the unit that was not working and also notice a problem with my other unit by sound. Checked and fixed it too. I was very impressed and very satisfied with the service and will use them again.

    Had a great experience with the Integrity team. Our AC unit (3 years old) was having trouble keeping up with the hot/humid weather over Memorial Day weekend. Tim was the on-call on Monday and was quick to respond to our call. He spent several hours at our house troubleshooting our problem (system needed coolant added) and was kind enough to also make sure no other problems were involved. Very kind and especially considering the holiday weekend timing the pricing was extremely reasonable. Highly recommend!

    My house was feeling warmer than it should have been and the temp inside kept going up. With it being over 100 degrees I figured we would have to wait at least until the next morning to get someone out. They arrived in less than 10 minutes and had us all fixed in less than hour! We are always so pleased with Integrity’s service. Great job!!!

    Absolutely best customer service! The yearly plan is more than worth it! Every time I have needed them to come out they are timely, courteous, efficient, and clean up after themselves. They even wiped an old smudge off a high ceiling I couldn’t reach!!

    Extremely satisfied with Integrity. Our unit went out and they came out the next day to look at our outdoor unit that stopped running. They went over all our options for repairing a 43 year old unit as well as doing an entire system replacement. They even gave us a few options for a straight replacement, economic version, and some upgrades that we could think about. After deciding for a new system they got us on the books asap and had our unit up and running. Strongly recommend them if needing an AC serviced or whole system replaced. Every single person, from receptionist, technician, and installers, was as professional as you could hope for.

    We are very happy with the service we received. The technician was friendly and professional. Promptly addressed our issue. However, we were later had damage to the unit by the June storm and could not get a response from the salesperson until we called the fourth time. Then we were given random bids for units not suitable to our total electric needs. ? I dont know about the sales department.

    We had a situation in the middle of the night earlier this week where we woke up to what sounded like a helicopter outside of our house. I went outside and heard our AC unit rocking like an an off-balance washing machine.I called Integrity at 8am and they had a tech at my home at 10am. Turns out a mouse got into the blower fan and knocked it out of balance. The tech was kind, courteous and informative. He fixed up my system and also found another potential problem with the condenser reading. He double check the readings and figured out it was within proper working range saying everything was fine even after I told him to replace it. I appreciated the honesty as he could have easily charged me for the unneeded work. Thanks, Devin!

    On time and very professional. They gave a respectable estimate and when it ended up being LESS than the original quote, they were honest & charged less! The staff on the phone at the office at pleasant and take time to listen to all your concerns and questions taking time to answer them as best they can at that time...not all questions can be answered over the phone since sometimes they have get hands on to get the answer. Great folks and I would strongly recommend them for all your AC needs.

    Naturally, one of our units quit cooling on Memorial Day. Rather than wait till the next day, we called for help. Timothy came in 45 minutes and diagnosed three items that were burned out. Upon referring to our original installation receipt in 2016, we learned that parts were still covered. Integrity had the parts in stock, and David installed them on Wednesday so that we were up and running again. We appreciated their attention to detail and speedy service.

    Another company tried to get us to replace everything for 8500. I noticed people at integrity actually tested the system for more than 3 minutes, and trouble shot what could be wrong. They let me know it could be 2400, and then when fixing it they found an easier way to do it and charged me 1200. Love this company!

    Ive had Integrity out several times as a result of two aging systems. Ive had bad experiences with the more household names (I recommend you avoid any of the providers who advertise with celebrity endorsements or dancing service techs). Integrity is always honest and never attempts to sell me a new system that I dont need. They fix the issues and charge a fair price for their parts and expertise.

    This company is amazing!!! Nothing short of kind, caring and professional. My air went out and I called another company out, I was told the dreaded news you need a new system. I didnt dispute the findings, but the estimate I was given was alot of money... I was put into contact with Gary through a friend and he was great to work with and explained what was best for our house and why. I was given a quote that was so much easier to swallow, and not to mention they have several different finance options that would work with anybodys monthly budget. I spoke to Beth in the office a couple of time and she was very sweet and informative about the different payment options. On the day of my installation Nathan and Cody came out and arrived on time and started to work immediately. They were very professional and explained the new system to me.     Our heater stopped working yesterday evening and we were certain it would need to be replaced - as it is very old. When I spoke to Integrity Heat and Air this morning they sent someone out very quickly. They were able to diagnose and fix the issue in no time and for a great price. I originally told them I thought the unit needed to be replaced, so they could have attempted to only sell me a new one - but they were honest and helped us repair our unit quickly abs for a low price. We also got a quote for a replacement because we know we will need it soon and their price is very reasonable compared to other companies. I definitely recommend them and will use them when we replace our unit.

    Integrity, it’s not just a name. It’s how they work. Many companies chose a name to sound cool, but they live and stand behind that name.I Had some issues with the system freezing up.     I called Integrity to fix my a/c after spending $800 with another company. It took 3 weeks with the other company and nothing was ever fixed!     I chose Integrity Heat & Air based off of their reviews online and Im so glad that I did! They were very helpful and got me squeezed in the same day! 🙌🏻Alicia the secretary was very kind and patient with all of the questions & concerns I had. Jovanny the tech was very nice and diagnosed the problem quickly and efficiently.But then we started to stress a little about the cost because our warranty had expired in April of this year and would cost $400.00 to do the repair. Gary the manager there was super nice and worked out a deal with me that if I drove all the way to Southside Okc to get the part that they would do the job for $150.00! With having three kids, that saved us ALOT of money! He had also called Durham Supply to let them know that I was on my way and to have the part ready on hand! I am incredibly grateful and pleased with the customer service and honesty! They saved us a lot of money as well as time! So thank you again Integrity Heat & Air!

    Had them come and put a new furnace in for me. It was quick service, and they were in and out in no time. Their prices were as competitive as Id found too, though the fact that they showed up and kept their schedule was even more important to me. Id used another big name, big TV advertising HVAC company, but they were not interested in working for the consumers interest, so I dumped my 15 year contract with them and went with Integrity, because people in my neighborhood association said they were great. I have not regretted it. If you are looking for somebody in HVAC to trust, look no further. Use these guys.
