I submitted a claim through my home warrany company, which to be honest, doesnt always get the best of companies. This company did everything right. They called the next day after I submitted the ticket. We scheduled the appointment for a couple days later along with time frame. About 10 minutes prior to them being at my house, they called me to let me know the technician was finishing up on another appointment, and that he would be heading to my house next. He arrived and we began discussing the issue. Based on what we talked about he already had an idea of what happened. Then, I took him to the heater, and he did his troubleshooting and found the issue right away. He was able to fix it immediately. Timeliness, knowledgeable, professional and understanding of reality are 4 categories I look for in a contractor and this company hit every one of them. Normally, I expect 2 out of 4.

Please keep in mind when you are using a Home Warranty program, things can run slow and it is frustrating BUT I am so thankful for Crystal and Chloe. They worked so hard to make the process as painless as possible. My Home Warranty made them use a refurbished part that broke 3 months later. Crystal was as frustrated as I was but she worked her tail off and got me what I needed to fix my AC correctly. Thank you Crystal and Choe!!!The repairmen are running full speed trying to get to each house so they might seem rude but usually a smile and kind word goes a long way and puts them at ease. I have never had a problem with rudeness with this company.God Bless Indoor Comfort Experts and each of their employees. I am thankful for the work you did for me and my son!!

Second time they have been out with our home warranty. Great experience both times. Very helpful, and great customer service! Would definitely use again! Plenty of heads up when he was on his way. Solved the problem quickly and helped my wife with information to keep things running right! Great job!
