    Saeed and his team went above and beyond in installing new AC unit for us. Our very old AC failed during a very hot day. Saeed came at our house 45 min after the first call for evaluation then he gave us the quote same night and his team were at our house doing the work the next day in the morning. They were very professional and did a great job and explained all technical aspect of their work. We were extremely happy and impressed by their work.Their customer service after the job is also fantastic. Once we had a issue with our electric breaker which caused issue with continuous heat pumping during a very cold Sunday night. I called saeed and he came to our house 45 minutes after the call around 11 pm on Sunday night and fixed our breaker free of charge so that heat can bag up quickly even though this issue was not even related to the AC unit and their previous work.If you want great professional work and excellent customer service make sure toContact Saeed and his team for any of your upcoming AC work.

    I had an excellent experience with this company. After I called the owner and explained the issue with our air conditioner, he made an appointment for the same day, arrived on time, and diagnosed and quickly fixed the AC. He checked everything and explained many details about how the system works and what I needed to do to keep it in good working condition. The service was done very professionally, and the price was exceptional. I called him again after a few months when I wanted to replace my old thermostat with a newer model. He was gracious and explained how to do it at no cost. Honestly, I can not ask for more. I will highly recommend this company. Five stars in every category based on my experience!!

    Recently had to replace my 20-year-old furnace, and let me tell you, these guys were a lifesaver.     I AM HERE is the BEST HVAC Company I have ever EVER dealt with!!! Our heater was out during the cold snap we had... he was at our house within an hour, diagnosed the problem quickly and went and bought the parts he needed that day... he was done in just a couple of hours. Even fixed the wiring errors that another HVAC company did when I called them out (had to wait a couple of days for them to come out) and wanted to charge us 1000s of dollars! I AM HERE was A LOT less less and we did not have to wait. I will no longer use any other company other than I AM HERE. VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER!

    On Saturday 1/20/24 I contacted I AM HERE heating and air conditioning do to my heater had stopped working. It was a cold Saturday day and I couldn’t find any company to come fix my heater. I AM HERE came to my house and informed me my 20 year unit is beyond repair and I need a new one. meanwhile I had to wait a few days without any heat. The Gentleman purchased 2 portable heaters for me and didn’t charge me for them. As a 81 year old lady that meant a lot to me. I was given a senior citizen discount for my new unit.     We HIGHLY RECOMMEND the HVAC company I Am Here LLC owned by Saeed Raeeszadeh. We were very pleased with Saeeds professionalism, knowlege, work ethic, and pricing.Our A/C stopped working during the hottest part of the summer. We called I Am Here and Saeed came out the same day to assess the problem and provided an estimate. Two days later, he and his crew showed up promptly at 7:00 a.m. as promised and worked over 8 hours nonstop. They replaced the entire HVAC system and cleaned up after the job was completed. Saeed followed up later in the evening and the next day to make sure everything was working properly.

    Fantastic service. Professional, friendly, on-time. Saeed did a thorough job. It took him almost 2.5 hours to thoroughly check our wiring and ducts, and he explained everything to us about how our HVAC works and how to properly operate our new thermostats.     Just had I Am Here LLC install a complete new system along with replacing all the duct work and their price was much better than two other companies with the same specification.     Had late night failure (1 am!) and when I called I was greeted by a very nice woman who was very accommodating and understanding. Took my information and had me scheduled for the next day. They were out less than 12 hours later and had my issue diagnosed within 15 minutes. Presented 3 different repair options with absolutely no pressure to do either one of the three, only a recommendation based on current circumstance. Had me fixed and up and running within an hour. You can’t beat it and cost was inline with expectations. For reference, I had called another 24/7 vendor before them and they wouldn’t even put me on the schedule for 4 to 5 days with no guarantee of being there at a specific time or day. With that, they didn’t really care that my unit was down and was met with general indifference. I will be called I AM HERE for all my AC and heating needs and you should do the same! You will not regret it

    We used I Am Here LLC to fix our lawn sprinkler system. We contacted 2 other lawn companies and they wanted to charge between $95 and $145 an hour just to show up to give an estimate. I AM HERE showed up and spent approx 2 hours investigating the problem before giving us a free estimate. After accepting the estimate, they came to fix the problem at a time convenient for us. Work was completed as promised and quality maintained throughout.About a week after fixing the sprinkler, a faulty valve they installed broke and flooded our lawn. I AM HERE came within a couple of hours of being notified on a Sunday and spent 5 hours fixing the problem free of charge.Very professional and responsive!!!! Dont hesitate to contact them!!
