    Just wanted to give an outstanding review for Vladimir. He came on very short notice in the evening and helped us completely dissemble and remove a fridge that was on its last leg and leaking profusely. He worked very efficiently and was able to pivot when we ran into a couple potential roadblocks. Lastly he helped tidy up after finishing the job. His work ethic, can-do attitude, and professionalism are rare in today’s world. I would hire him again in a heartbeat and will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for appliance service.

    Probably the best people for service calls that Ive ever dealt with. Weve used them multiple times and theyve always been punctual, courteous, friendly, honest, and reasonably priced. Daniel did an excellent job and fixed the issue with our dryer in record time. Well worth the money for their expertise. Ive fixed dryers myself before and I wouldnt spend my time again when I know they will do a much better, and more efficient, job for a reasonable price.

    We just had a fantastic experience with Daniel and Ali. Tech Service First was able to come out the next morning after I submitted the request (and it was Holiday by the way) and had my LG microwave and Sub Zero refrigerator fixed by the same day! Very polite and professional service, and communicated every step of the way. If I ever have any problems with my appliances, I will call them right away!

    In the summer heat, the last thing you want to deal with is having your AC break down. My house is less than 5 years old and I was not expecting to have to replace a portion of my AC system so soon. I had no idea how to navigate this problem and was so happy I was able to contact Tech Service First. Daniel came out the same day and was very honest and explained everything to me in detail. He also communicated with me on what was needed and the timeline to get things fixed. He worked hard to get the resolution completed in 48 hours.     I recently had the chance of using Tech Service FIRST to repair my washing machine, which was experiencing draining issues, that has already started to get on my nerves, so I called in the service.The technician arrived on time and wasted no time in diagnosing and fixing the issue. Their expertise was obvious even to someone who doesnt really understand much in it (not me!) they identified swiftly the problem and efficiently resolved it.     I recently had the pleasure of working with this appliance repair company when my Kenmore dryers belt broke. The technician was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable about the issue at hand. He quickly diagnosed the broken belt and had it replaced in a timely manner.     Our AC stopped working and we called Tech Service FIRST to look for the problem. Daniel very quickly found the clogging in the drainage system. After cleaning he also measured the amount of freon, checked the air filter and explained in detail how I should carry out maintenance so that the system would continue to work efficiently.

    I got the referral from yelp. When the repairman came out he was very professional. He worked on the fridge for about 6 hours and the next day it did not work. I complained to the management and they were very responsible. The owner brought me a temporary refrigerator and they ordered the correct compressor for the fridge. They were courteous and friendly. The second time they came to fix the fridge it worked. They left the temporary fridge with me for a few days to make sure and then they picked it up after I told them my fridge was working properly. I experienced great customer service and a commitment to get it right :)

    The compressor died on our LG fridge. Kiryl came out the same day and diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes. He came back over the weekend which we later learned was his day off to replace the compressor. Kiryl was incredibly transparent and fair with pricing and did exceptional work replacing our compressor. He also helped guide us through the process of submitting a warranty request with LG.     My freezer stopped working and I called around for a service person. HVAC & Appliance Tech Service FIRST diagnostic fee is only $54+tax (others are $75), so I decided to use them. Aaron came and quickly figured out that it was the outlet issue and theres nothing wrong with the freezer. He patiently explained to me what happened. Not only so, he stayed around and continue checking out the coil and other things. He even stayed long enough to make sure that the freezer was cooling again. Great service! Would definitely use them again.

    I really like this Austin, TX, company. Ive had two different technicians out to fix two separate problems, Daniel and Kyril. Both were quick and fixed what was needed. A couple of weeks ago, Daniel was able to connect my new ice maker, in a few minutes, so it would make ice. Kyril came today to reattach my dryer vent tubing which had come loose from the vent to outside. It was a very tight area with both washer and dryer and he had to pull the washer out to get in back of the dryer. He did the work quickly, attached it tightly with a clamp (which it had not had before), pushed the washer back in place neatly, all in about 30 minutes. Also both arrived on time! I would be happy to have either Kyril or Daniel repair anything in my home because both seem very knowledgeable..And for both projects, the charges were very reasonable. I will definitely be using Tech Service First the next time I have a problem--great Technicians!

    My Whirlpool refrigerator stopped cooling in the fridge sector completely, and the freezer was cooling very little, so I thought I needed to buy a new refrigerator. I really did not want to spend on a new refrigerator, so I researched online if it was even possible to fix it. Different companies had expensive diagnostic prices, without any guarantees that they would actually be able to fix it. Then, I stumbled upon this company, Tech Service First. They had very good reviews, and most importantly a very reasonable diagnostic price. So I figured I should give this company a try, and in the worst case, I would just end up buying a new fridge. When I called the company, the operator immediately took the phone without any delay or a robot speaking (which happens rarely these days) and we scheduled an appointment for the next day at a time that was convenient for me. Amal the technician came on time, and fully diagnosed my refrigerator, and told me the precise problem. He fixed it on the same day for a very reasonable amount, and I was shocked that we were actually able to fix it for such a good price. He was very professional, and the company gave us a 6-month warranty on their work. I would highly recommend them to my friends or family, and would obviously use them myself in the future.

    My LG fridge stopped working Friday and the freezer had thawed out. I called Teck Service First Saturday morning and Kiryl came out in the afternoon to diagnose the problem which turned out to be a bad compressor.Luckily, they had one in stock and Kiryl was able to install on Monday afternoon. Turns out the LG had a class action suit due to their poor compressor design causing problems for many customers. They extended the warrantee for the compressor to 10 years.My fridge was over 10 years old and I did not have a receipt anymore so I could not make a claim to LG.Kiryl called me a week later to inform me that they contacted LG and about the compressor and that LG had agreed to refund the cost of the compressor. Teck Service First was returning $377 to my credit card. This was a nice surprise to be sure!I highly recommend Teck Service First for their quick excellent service, and professionalism.(Round Rock, TX)

    Alexander and Daniel were our main technicians who helped us service our three older AC units. They also installed an exhaust fan for our breakroom kitchen and rerouted two AC intakes. These technicians were very professional and knowledgeable. I could tell that they really care about their customers and the quality of their work. From now on, we will have them service our AC units. We had another company before them who did not deliver on their promises, so finding these guys was a huge relief.

    Daniel arrived promptly to do maintenance on my 2 HVAC units.My AC is blowing strong and cold now! He also repaired my dryer and thoroughly cleaned the inside of the dryer and cleaned the vent.     I had just come back from vacation and my ice maker was not making ice.😞 I was sure a replacement was in my future, but no! Daniel came out, unloaded the fridge and having checked all the sensors, took out a section of the interior paneling which revealed an iced up coPrescient unit. Evidently most frost free fridges have a heating coil to keep this from happening but Whirlpools do not, or at least not this model.Every step of the way, Daniel showed me what he was doing and explained what his findings meant. He said using a steamer to defrost the iced over compressor would be the least costly and effective course of action. This was Friday and by Monday I would hAve ice.Sure enough, after 48 hours, the fridge was making ice. I could not be more pleased. These are going to be my repair providers from here on.

    Since I currently live in another country, I took the search for a company that will repair the icemaker for my tenants quite seriously.From the very beginning, they were always in touch and kept both me and the tenants informed about the time of arrival, the problem, prices, etc.It was important for me to see the whole process, so I asked in advance to take some photos. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a detailed step-by-step description, supported by a lot of different pictures, and I had a feeling as if I myself was present during the repair.     I had a dryer that stopped working. The first repair man I called came out and in 10 minutes told me nothing was wrong with the dryer, it was an electrically problem. I then had an electrician come in and the electrician stated there was nothing wrong with the power or the outlet claiming power is running to the dryer! I called HVAC and the next day my dryer was thoroughly tested by Ali J. He was very nice and knowledgeable about every possible problem there could be and took the time to explain to me. He finally determined it was the outlet, changed it and problem solved! He was able to point out an obvious issue visible to the naked eye that the other electrician missed!     Fuse and Vlad were great. They sent Vlad out very quickly and he fixed the washer so quickly I asked if he could take a look at the ice maker in the fridge as well. They had to order a part that of course with COVID shipping delays took a little while to get in (no big deal to me at all, it is just ice). Vlad followed up when the part came in and now I am enjoying both the washer and the ice maker being fixed after months of just putting up with both of them being on the fritz. I will definitely call Fuse and request Vlad in the future. They did a great job and were always on time. The fees were reasonable. (Not sure what other reviewers were complaining about - no legit service company can do any repairs under $100 - they have to pay their employees, insurance, taxes, car/gas, etc. I run my own business so unless you want to YouTube the repair yourself then dont expect free service repairs, thats just unreasonable). I felt the prices were fair and the service was professional. Will definitely use them again. Also note I have a Samsung washer and multiple other companies refused to even work on them so extra star to Fuse for being able to handle a more difficult brand. Thanks again Vlad!

    When my LG refrigerator stopped making ice and keeping food at healthy temperatures, I contacted FUSE. The scheduling was quick and easy, repair process transparent, and pricing fair. Alex was able to come by (on his birthday, even!), to diagnose, locate, and identify a tiny refrigerant leak responsible for the fridges poor cooling. Additionally, this LG model has a known compressor issue, which I elected to fix at the time. Come to find out, it was covered by warranty, but LG is notoriously slow on part fulfillment. Alex handled that entire situation himself on my behalf, saving me money, stress, and weeks of time in the future.Additionally, he was more than happy to indulge my curiosity about how the appliance works at a deep, technical level, even though this took much longer for him.Alex is a hard-working and fantastic engineer, and an even more fantastic person. Hopefully your appliances are defect-free, serving you for many years, but if they arent, please dont hesitate to let Alex to help you.

    I called Tech Service FIRST because of the 5.0 Google ranking. Its well earned. These guys methodically troubleshot my fridge/freezer that was not getting cold enough to freeze. Between sensors, motherboards, and pressure tests, the visits spanned a few weeks, but at the end, Alex and his crew were up front about the problems and the expense of the next steps, and did not charge me for some of the work that ended up not being the solution, which was too gracious.I would enthusiastically call Tech Service FIRST for appliance repair again.

    I reached out to FIRST via yelp yesterday (aka Memorial Day 2022). They not only responded within 2 hours, but also scheduled an appointment the next day. Aliaksandr was timely and professional. Aliaksandr was extraordinarily thorough and not only went under the house to look at the drainage line, but also examined the entire Diamond Air minisplit unit. He took his time diagnosing and addressing the clogged unit (blew out the debris, leveled the unit, and cleaned out the drain channels). I have had consistent AC issues over the past 2 years. There have been 5 other AC repair folks who have come through and Aliaksandr was by far the most thorough out of all of them. The pricing was very reasonable. Highly recommend working with FIRST.

I wouldn’t have asked for a better tech.The only thing I ask, is for the company to advise that there’s a 3.5% INconvenience fee for utilizing a credit card. 99% of us depend more on plastic than paper. In addition to the cost being a bit steep.Overall, the process was extremely quick and even replaced the light bulb which I failed to even mention.
