    Great Service. Had a shady company come out and replace thermostat but did not fix issue. Did some self troubleshooting and found out contactor on condenser unit was shot. Called Hunters to see if their techs carried contractors on their truck and they did! They send Rick out on a saturday and took him 45 min to get here and another 15 to replace contactor and get the ac blowing cold again. Definitely will be referring and continuing to use hunters HVAC team! Awesome work.

    JR is always so personable and kind. He does a great job inspecting my a/c and heating unit and always fixes anything that needs fixing. As a widow, I depend on a company that provides good service for a fair price. I also appreciate the fact that they don’t try to take advantage of me by doing unnecessary repairs. I feel safe dealing with JR and Hunter Air Conditioning.

    I called Hunters at 10 a.m. on a Friday, at the start of the hot season. Within four hours, JR was here working on my A/C, which had stopped blowing cold overnight. He explained what was needed to fix the issue, why the cost was what it was, and had my house cooling down in less than an hour.     I got home late one afternoon when we were having 100° days walked into my house and it was very warm. My air conditioning was cycling on and off so I checked everything I knew and I called hunters they quickly got a technician over to my house Mr. Cody, who was very professional quickly found the problem with my drain, clean that out clean the system out got me back up and running and cool in no time these guys will definitely get my business in the future.

    Hunter came to my house on time and listened to what I said and then got busy fixing my problem. My unit is only 4 months old and was not holding an accurate temp. I know this extreme heat sometimes makes it hard to keep an accurate temp. But my unit was making a tapping noise and it alarmed me. Hunter fixed the problem then went up in my super hot attic and fixed another problem I didnt know I had. Hunter went beyond what I expected and for that I am grateful. The Hunters Air and Heat employees are awesome!

    Very good work. Technician (Cody) had no problems answering any of my questions and he even walked me through what he was testing and where everything was supposed to be.     Jesus was very knowledgeable about the issue I had with my AC. He was honest about the quotes I had gotten with other companies and wasnt pushy as some of the other companies were.     Everyone we spoke to at Hunter’s was kind and informative, from the receptionist to the installers to the boss himself! We got a free estimate from company president Eric, and he was prompt and thorough and didn’t try to up sell us on things we didn’t need. Even though we were given a lower bid by a different company, after meeting Eric we were sold on Hunter’s. The value is in the interactions with the team and knowing you can trust them and their work. They handled everything right down to setting up the WiFi on the thermostat. My two year old son enjoyed watching the guys work and they interacted with him like they were family, and they were finished with the install before his nap time! Overall I’m very pleased with Hunter’s and would recommend them to anyone.

    Justin was the technician who came to service my A/C. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to very quickly diagnose the problem. He came prepared with any necessary equipment on his truck and had my A/C running and cooling again in less than half an hour!     Aaron called to let me know 45 minutes before he arrived, just like I asked. He was there on time and was even a few minutes early.Looking at my unit, it was not the quick fix I wanted, but he took the time to show me on the unit what was wrong and what i needed to fix it. He did provide information on a service plan they run, but did not pressure me into purchasing the plan (I did any way because it was cheaper in the long run.)He checked out the rest of my AC unit and it was fine. I appreciate not being pressured into purchasing something or made to feel like they are selling me more than they need to. Five out of five stars! Will definitely use them again.

    Aaron was on time, polite and very professional. Within minutes of explaining my ac issue he had an idea of what was wrong. He was able to demonstrate that the compressor coil was shorting out causing my thermostat to restart whenever I turned on the ac. You could actually see the burn mark on the coil. He quickly swapped out the coil and verified that the ac was operating consistently. The price was fair and I will definitely use them again.

Had made an appointment with someone else but couldnt wait till the end of the day so did a search and Hunters was one of 4 that appeared and had the best reviews and the most. So I took a chance, called, asked if had someone to come out in 30 minutes. The receptionist looked at her schedule, said I can have someone out in 45 min to an hour. In 1 hour they where here. He walked up, told him the problem and he said he already knew what it was. Opened up the unit and the capacitor had gone out. He replaced it and some other things, plus sprayed the unit off and was done in 1 hour. The young man was very professional, courteous and new what he was doing. We are so grateful that they were able to come out on short notice and did the job in a quick manner. Definitely will use again, if something else happens.

    We came home to a non-working a/c system on a Monday after being out of town. After diagnosing and getting an estimate of a repair cost of over $1600 for a 19 year old Trane system, I made contact with Eric @ Hunter’s Air on that Tuesday at 5:00 pm. The following morning at 8:15 am I received his quote. Eric mentioned they could get to the install on Saturday, so I gave Eric the go ahead with a complete replacement of a Trane XV20i. Eric even offered window units in the meantime, although we had other temporary living arrangements.The crew arrived early Saturday morning followed by Eric and were very polite & friendly. Eric got the job started and returned as a follow up around lunch. They laid down drop cloths across the floor, etc. The install took a few hours with the removal of the old equipment, but they worked non-stop in 95+ degrees Texas September heat to complete it.Eric stayed and explained the system & wasn’t in any hurry to rush off. My wife & I couldn’t be more pleased and satisfied with the overall sale, installation & overall system. We would definitely recommend Hunter’s Air to anyone.

    I highly recommend Hunter’s Air & Heat! I had a serious AC problem in the middle of a triple-digit heat wave. Their technician, Justin, arrived within 20 minutes of my call. (I appreciated that he wore a face mask and kept reasonable social distance for COVID-19.) Justin was professional, personable and clearly a knowledgeable HVAC person. In diagnosing and repairing what turned out to be a tough problem, Justin remained methodical, diligent and calm/positive even when he had to crawl under my house five times in high heat/humidity. Also, he patiently and clearly answered all my questions. The AC works like a charm now. I will use Hunter’s from here on out. No question. Great experience and very reasonably priced!
