Joshua did a great job. I felt for him because he had to clean up the mess from another company but he kept at it and finally after 4 weeks fixed my heater in just a couple of hours. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Joshua and his crew. They redid the entire AC/heating system for my house, along with installing 2 mini-splits and taking care of the insulation. Joshua does a great job and tells you exactly what you need. He does what’s best for the customer, not for his wallet.

This Company Rocks ! I personally want to thank Joshua for providing my wife with a AWESOME birthday present AC. It started when we called our home warranty company to submit a work order for no AC. Within 24 hours we had an appointment scheduled with Joshua for a few days down the road. What I truly liked about Joshua is that he shows a true understanding for his customers. When i called him and explained the severity of our issue he was able to work us into his schedule a few days before the scheduled appointment When he arrived, he quickly diagnosed our problem and clearly explained the issue to where we understood it. He pulled a awesome magic trick got the part we needed, came over installed the part and gifted my wife and family with AC on her birthday. This company truly went out of their way to help us.

Super easy to work with. Offered a fair price but more importantly the work was done well and quickly. Is was not an urgent call but he still scheduled his crew to come out on a Sunday to take care of us.

Finally a company that actually does what they say they will! Joshua has come to our home a couple of times for different things. Thankfully our system is covered through a manufacturer’s warranty but still needed a service and repair company to properly diagnose problems. The main things I like about Joshua are that he shows you the problem(s) and explains why those are problems in simple terms. Additionally, he stayed in communication with us while he waited on the manufacturer to send him the covered parts…even when there was no news from the manufacturer. Fantastic service. We’re up and running!
