I was experiencing issues with my HVAC not cooling. I had previously received an estimate and a “diagnosis” from another company, but the problem they stated didn’t add up and I was not totally confident they had correctly diagnosed the issue. As a result, I contacted four companies I found on Instagram. Almost immediately I heard back from Brandon, the owner at Honeycomb Heating and Cooling. I explained to him my issue and he was prompt to set up an inspection. Within a day, a technician came out to the house named Fernando. He ran several tests. He informed and explained to me each test along the way. He took video and photos to share with me evidencing the issue. I had a leak and needed to replace the evaporator coil. After the inspection, I promptly received an estimate itemizing the work along with the videos and photos for my records. I also had warranty with the manufacturer which they leveraged in the repairs. After reviewing the estimate I had a couple of questions and they were fully answered. On the day of the repairs, Fernando arrived on time. He prepared the work area with drop cloths and used shoe liners while inside the house. Fernando had to remove the evaporator coil and return it to the distributor for warranty replacement and was sure to call to keep me updated of his status and expected arrival time. He was efficient and completed the repair with no hassle. He took photos of the work and gauges and reviewed each with me. He was friendly and informative. He left the work area clean. He reviewed all the steps he took and offered some tips and advice related to the AC unit. Fernando made the entire experience really great. I highly recommend Honeycomb and will be sure to refer others to them for their HVAC needs.

Angel and Sergio came to my home to do a fall tuneup on my attic unit. It was discovered that water was in the pan under the unit, and the drain lines were clogged. They explained the necessary steps of action. They fixed the issue and installed additional precautions to prevent possibility of water damage if this issue were to occur again. They patiently answered my many questions and explained everything to me by showing me in person and also by taking pictures of each step of the fix. I appreciated their communication!

We recently called this company out to our home because we noticed our A/c unit was very noisy through out the day. They came out and noticed that whoever had installed the A/c unit had done a poorly job. There wasn’t enough returns in the house which caused the unit to struggle with the correct airflow to work properly. They added 2 returns in two of our rooms and ever since our problem has been resolved. What I like about Honeycomb is that they explain everything that’s being done in your home. They take their time to make sure the job is done properly, NO SHORT CUTS

I called Honeycomb for a second opinion on a system replacement due to a compressor failure, they came out and did a full system Inspection, they showed me the readings on the capacitor were low, after replacing it the rest of the system was checked, my system only needed a good maintenance service, they not only saved me from replacing a good unit and a big expense, my system was up and runing same day.
