Brian was very professional, asked great questions and sent a crew to the house to fix the issue. We were visiting our friends in Corpus Christi and the A/C system went out. Figures, as this will only happen when least expected. Contacted the team at Highland AC and they were quick to respond and got our friends fixed up fast. The whole crew at Highland were amazing, polite and kept our friends updated on the progress the whole way. Thanks to Highland AC, the stay was cool and comfortable. Called out Highland AC to look at my unit on a Saturday and they were at my front door in record time. Technician was very knowledgeable and diagnosed the problem and had it fixed the same day . We have a vacation home at the beach that we spend time at every few months. When we arrived, the temperature in our vacation home was 90 degrees. We quickly called Highland AC and they were able to get our AC up and running again on the very same day! Our vacation home was nice and cool again once we returned from our dinner out! They provided top quality service and didn’t leave a mess for our house keeper to have to clean up! Very professional! They saved us from having to stay elsewhere!

For several years we tried to get our A/C ducts replaced under our home in Port O’Connor, but no one had the staff nor the time to take the job. Highland came in last year and gave us an estimate and got the job done. They will take care of our a/c maintenance from now on.
