Great company. Pricing and timeliness are excellent (Especially considering they are located in Houston and the facility I call them for is in Austin). Their guys, Omar and Juan are very knowledgeable and work quickly. The owner has made himself available as a direct line of contact several times and their receptionist Ashley is also always very communicative with updates and affords us priority when Higher Standard Air Services are needed. Highly recommend.

Weve used Higher Standard a few years ago for coil replacement. This time they replaced our condenser motor. Steve gives you a fair price, no haggling, and you dont have to ask for discounts. They also wont try a sell you something you dont need, rather they offer to replace parts first.They show up on time, and call with an ETA before they arrive. Quality of work is great. Definitely I will continue to use them again.
