All I can say is wow!! Truly had an amazing experience. I called hierro and they came to my town the next day. They took a look at my unit and immediately let me know what the problem was. They got the parts and problem was fixed. I have yet to have a problem since. Also they go over everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions and concerns. They really took care of us. Very genuine and honest. I will always refer them to any and everyone. So if you or anyone you know is having problems with your unit. Please dont hesitate to call them. I was having issues with my a/c during the heat of the summer and it felt like no one could find the issues that persisted. I had two companies come out to check my a/c both gave me these wildly expensive quotes for different scopes of work when Hierro was referred to me by a friend. They showed up quickly. They were able to find and repair the lingering issue for a fraction of the price as the other guys. I will continue utilizing their services in the future and definitely recommend them. They were kind but more importantly respectful.

Hands down the best AC company I have ever used! Customer service is on point and the quality of work is exceptional. They fixed issues other technicians couldn’t figure out and to top it off, no callbacks!!!
