The new unit, installed entirely by someone else, almost caught fire, wasnt wired correctly, and wasnt heating in 40deg weather. To boot, I had weekend clients checking in the next afternoon.In a matter of an hour and change, the heater was hooked up and warming up the house nicely.     I wish I could leave a new review every time but since I can’t I’m going to update this one. It’s now over 3 years since I first had Heritage out at my place and I’ve needed them 4 more times for different issues. They are just as reliable, honest, decent, fair & amazing. I genuinely wish Mike was a repairer of all things so I could call him for roof repair, car repair, landscaping etc. lolIf you’re reading this because you’re needing an HVAC guy, stop reading and call! I swear you not only won’t regret it, you’ll be like me and so very glad you did.My original review: I called Mike at 12:30pm on a Friday, he was at my place at 3pm and by 4pm my AC was fixed and running great. I dread repairs on things I have minimal knowledge of because I’ve been taken advantage of before but this was honestly the BEST experience I’ve ever had. They were fast and efficient but still took the time to explain what the problem was and how it was fixed. Added bonus, I have 3 large, loud, mouthy dogs that make most people uneasy. They weren’t only unbothered by my dogs, I’m pretty sure my dogs feel like they’re all new bestfriends.

I will never use anyone else!July 2022, Ive had the opportunity to use several HVAC companies over the past 40 years. Heritage Heating & Air is by far the best experience Ive ever had.     What a refreshing service call. Jeff and Jesse got to me on the same day I called. They apologized for showing up early, I was impressed. They spent a couple of hours and fixed all the issues. They even helped the two of us with dragging a heavy dead tree to the burn pile in the back yard. Very courteous and helpful. Would use again, highly recommend them.

    Left a message on Sunday afternoon. Received a call back a bit later that same evening. Was told they were fully booked for Monday, but they would try to squeeze us in.     I was looking for a business that would look at my window unit and let me know the problem and cost of fixing if that was an option. I had only found two businesses - one was an hour away and would charge $75 to 100 dollars for diagnostics- the other was local and price was very much reasonable for the same thing. Even though they could do the work, they were honest in stating they didn’t like doing it. I choose Heritage because of their honesty, price and location. They were also very patient in waiting for my payment as I kept forgetting my money due to being on a fixed income.I would highly recommend them for any repair for the HVAC system you may have.

    When my old central died an old, trusted friend recommended Heritage as he had had a very favorable experience with them. He wasnt wrong!Michael quoted my cost for complete unit, installed and running at a price well below what I was expecting. The unit was installed a day earlier than I expected by Mike and his amiable crew, Jeff and Jessie. The price was exactly as quoted, the 4 ton unit is great and Mike even handled all the warranty paperwork, registering with the manufacture, giving me a copy as well as keeping a copy in his records.
