My AC broke on 8/23 (Wednesday), and nobody answer my requests. I decided to call another company for help. This company Heritage Heat and Air has excellent service. I called them on Friday night (8/25) to install a new AC. Its surprised to me that they came and install on next Wednesday (8/30) and complete by 4:30 PM. Very good quality and service. My room temperature was dropped fast from 84 to 77 within 3 hours. Finally I had very good sleep last night. I also make comparison price with some other AC companies. They are about the same. However, nobody can have such service, Fast and excellent. I recommend all of you guys in Port Lavaca to call him if your AC got problem! Dont waste your time to call some others company!

Hoping that my AC would make it through the summer of 23. I did research on heat and air units knowingly that it was time to be replaced. I decided on manufacture BOSCH and company to install HERITAGE HEAT AND AIR. This company remove and installed new unit in one day, outstanding. There work is VERY PROFESSIONAL. Give them a call very competitive on price also.

Great experience!!! Called because my home AC unit quit cooling overnight and he was here within a hour. He quickly found the problem and got it taken care of fast. I will definitely recommend him and we will be using them again for any future problems that may arise.

Our ac quit working on Friday afternoon and I called Billy and he responded within 30 minutes. He and Cody cleaned our unit and had us up and running in an hour. Very honest and helpful with the 90 degree heat. Thank you Billy and Cody for your expertise. Will recommend you to our friends

Billy helped our unit that had been under water during Hurricane Harvey make it three more years! When it finally gave out, he quickly replaced it and we are cool again. He also installed a split unit in our garage/shop - another happy customer!!!
