    I needed to replace 2 air conditioning units, 2 furnaces, and ductwork. Given the scale & cost involved, I did my due diligence getting 4 quotes. The other 3 companies sent a salesperson, only Heights AC sent a Technician. Mitchs knowledge & straight forward dealing made the decision extremely easy.Thomas lead the install. Hes a very nice man- very meticulous, with a unique depth to his craft. Thomas & his crew went above & beyond, installing additional attic floorboards & a supply vent not discussed in quoting process.Heights AC will be my forever HVAC service provider to my forever home. Couldnt be more satisfied with their work or confident in recommending this wonderful local company.

    I rarely leave Google reviews (if ever), but I wanted to echo all the positive reviews before me. Mitch, Thomas, Sarah and the rest of their team do an exceptional job and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.Had to replace my evaporator coils and they did an amazing job not only on the replacement, but also correcting existing defects from the original builder. They were responsive, professional and just generally good people who look out for you and your home. Both Mitch and Thomas took time to explain, or point out, everything and answer any questions I had during the process. Very fortunate to have them in the Heights area.

    Weve been using Heights A/C & Heating for the past several years, and they are always courteous and dependable. Theyve just helped us replace our upstairs AC unit. Thomas and the team were fast, efficient, and cleaned up well. It took them only about 4 hours to remove the old unit and replace with a new one inside and out, and they even added 3 air returns!

    Sarah and Thomas at Heights AC & Heating were amazing to work with! Based on all of the positive reviews from our neighborhood groups we had them come and give us a bid to replace everything at our 1950’s house, including duct work, condenser, attic unit, etc. Just during the bidding process, they were extremely knowledgeable and informative. They helped us to really understand the needs of our older house and how to best equip our house to manage the harsh Houston summers. The install was efficient and they did it all in 1 day! Sarah even helped register our units with Trane to ensure the warranty. My husband and I really liked their commitment to quality and to their work, which is reflected in their customer service and service warranty. Overall, I can not say enough positive about the experience and quality of the work they do! Plus they are local! Highly recommend!

    Top-notch experience with Heights AC & Heating; their attention to detail and customer service all thru the process was on-point and a relief, honestly. We had moved into a new (to me) house and had them come out to check our AC systems since the house had been rented many years before we moved in and we assumed proper maintenance hadnt been done over the years. Our systems were working ok but we weren’t sure whether they needed to be replaced or what should happen. The technicians that came out were prompt and on time, professional and super informative, and gave recommendations. At no point were they salesy or pushy, and in fact gave us several options for how we could proceed. We did opt to replace our two units because it was nearing summer time and we were concerned about having a possible AC crisis in the heat of the summer. We picked mid grade systems and were able to finance them thank god. The day of install ran super smooth, and both owners, Sarah and Thomas, came out to supervise and expedite the whole process. They even identified some odd ductwork that was done in our house that was creating poor airflow in some areas and they reworked all that. I think the best part of the process was that I had a bunch of questions and Thomas was super patient with me and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Overall, I would highly recommend Heights AC; a veteran-owned company with a solid team and unmatched customer service. That’s hard to find these days! Also, just want to note that our electric bill has been cut in half; this is with choosing mid range systems AND keeping our AC on cooler temps!!! Fantastic!!

    Thomas and Sarah at Heights AC and Heating are always friendly, honest, and prompt. The latest time I used Heights AC and Heating, I attempted to install a Nest thermostat myself, and I quickly found myself in over my head in a very hot house. I called Thomas, late on a Sunday afternoon, he was out within the hour and fixed the fuse that I had blown. I have used them multiple time on my system and have recommended them to many friends, and I have never had anything less than a stellar experience! Wonderful company; wonderful people!

    Very happy with the responsiveness, customer service, quality, and expertise! They had someone out the next day and had it working within two business days. They even came back a few days later to make sure the coolant levels were ok after the weather warmed back up, because of course a cold front came in the day of the repair.

    Go with this company, you will not regret it. They do not upsell and their pricing is fair. Had an issue that we thought might be zoning but Mitch was able to diagnosis the problem (our damper) and fix it in a few days. Now AC is blowing like new. Thanks heights AC!     Heights A/C & Heating put units in two of my houses for me. They both worked great, and my electricity bills dropped significantly. Thomas and Sarah came out and did the estimate themselves, then Thomas and his friendly team did an amazing and quick installation. When a roofer punctured a line at a different house and another company couldnt find the problem, Heights A/C found it and patched the hole. Thomas and Sarah have saved me three times now; I would highly recommend them.

    Sarah and Thomas were a Godsent. When the cold front hit Houston in November, the heater in my home was not functioning. They came out and diagnosed the issue perfectly, and provided a thorough analysis of what needed to be done to repair it properly.They went above and beyond during a time of despair (and freezing cold temperatures) that I had been enduring for a week. These two operate their business with strong ethics and integrity. Being a former small business owner myself, I was very impressed. I highly recommend them!

They’re extremely responsive and live up to their motto of “old fashioned customer service.” My outdoor unit was on the fritz and Thomas come over and repaired it when I expected it would at least be a couple days before they could get to me with the heat as it is. Their whole team has worked in some capacity at my home, from all new install to annual checkups. Sarah, Thomas, Mitch, and the crew are professional and know how to explain the issue.     I had my furnace malfunction on me and I submitted a quote request after normal office hours. One of the co-owners reached out to me that night to inform me that one of her technicians will contact me the following morning. The technician reached out the next day and consulted with me potential reasons why my furnace wasnt working, then we concluded that he needed to be on-site. He came within 10-15 minutes and was on time. Took a look at the furnace and shared with me his analysis. He was very knowledgeable and personable throughout the experience. Overall, I am pleased with my interaction with this local company. They were very responsive, professional, friendly, and punctual. The cost was okay considering all that was done was flipping some safety switches, but it was worth the timely assistance.

    Best Customer Service Ever!!!Our A/C unit went out this Saturday evening. I checked out thermostat to discover that we had an error code. I texted them about my issue and they called me back within minutes. They sent out a technician to look at the problem at 8pm on a Saturday! He spent several hours trying to fix the problem, but seeing as it was a wiring issue, they would have to return the next day. They came out at 10am on a Sunday (keep in mind, it was also Mothers Day). The problem was fixed in a fast, efficient manner. They are one of the most professional and accommodating companies ever! Look no further for all of your A/C needs!

    Showed up on time, ran some tests to determine the issue, fixed the issue (even though access was problematic), had everything he needed on hand, no fluff or sales pitches for things that weren’t necessary (in fact, he gave great recommendations on what a realistic maintenance schedule should look like), and was in and out within about 40 minutes. It’s been several weeks since his visit and everything is still working great. Literally the best AC service company I’ve ever experienced.

    I called Heights A/C on a Saturday noon about an A/C unit that would not come on at all. I thought I would book a visit for Monday. But since I was without heat at all, Thomas came out on Sunday morning. The problem was just a burnt fuse so the fix was easy and quick. As a result, and despite taking on his Sunday family, Thomas declined any payment and instead told me not to worry about it.Nothing to add to such customer service!

    I called Heights A/C & Heating to help a sista out because after 2 exhausting days of moving and dealing with so many different people coming to the house, our A/C of course, stopped working for some reason. I left them a message and they got back to me a few hours later (late and after hours I might add). They asked me questions about what I was dealing with and were able to trace the problem OVER THE PHONE. That’s my kind of service! I was planning for another company to come the next morning and was probably going to pay double for it being a holiday just to come do an easy fix that I didn’t understand. But they were so kind and helped me figure it out! Now I don’t have to have a sleepless night in this Texas summer heat! Bless! Seriously the kindest people and so knowledgeable. HIT. THEM. UP.
